I brought my car to this Quick Lane for 'the works' routine maintenance on my 2020 Explorer (invoice C38179). The service department failed to reset the oil life monitor. They failed to replace the old service reminder sticker on the windshield. They failed to put the oil filler cap back on (I found it lying in the engine compartment when I got home). And they failed to upload the service visit into my Ford Pass account. The charge was $132.01; 67% more than the $78.55 I paid for my most-recent 'works' package at a Ford dealership. I relayed my experience to the dealership using their online comments form and also in response to their e-mailed follow-up survey and didn’t receive a response to either.

Updating to good because they finally called me back to explain they were hit by two (2) recalls at the same time and they were absolutely swamped, and apologized that the automated service notification did not work as intended (they had set me up with a service appointment but I didn't get a text or email. I did verify there were two (2) recalls back to back and they seemed sincere. Hoping they can get things straightened out out technology wise and staff up.

One of the strangest experiences I've ever had at a dealership. It was like we were ghosts and the sales people were actively trying to not sell vehicles. Wife and I walk into the used department with 40k in the pocket, ready to go. We've been driving Corsairs and scoping out the trims the past three weeks, we just couldn't find one with the interior we wanted. Luckily, these guys had three of them listed online! We walk in and say as much. One sales guy immediately says "I have a meeting in 10" and then sat at his desk (he took a single call that took 45 seconds a few minutes later then did nothing, but okay). I figure it's just late or they're understaffed or something. I get it. The woman who ends up working with us sighs, and exasperatedly leaves to fetch one Corsair. Apparently the other two were sold. Again, no biggie (although weird they're *still* on the website). She barely remembers to make eye contact and introduce herself. At this point, my wife and I are exchanging glances. It's strange. One rep didn't want our business, and the other seems annoyed we're there and can barely string a sentence together. She brings the Corsair up, and explains it's 37k. It had 33,000 miles on it, but we'd been looking at other Corsairs all week (same trim). 35k for 12k miles, 32k for 25k miles, etc. We ask why their price is high--not in a rude way, just curious what the deal is. Maybe it's got some neat feature we don't know about--who knows? The woman just says "I don't set the prices" and sits down at her desk, saying nothing more. I wait for more info...the guy at the other desk speaks up after 20 seconds of silence and just says, "that's the price for those miles." OK. Whatever. Don't tell me about the car, I guess you don't need the business. We walk out. Not a single smile to be found at this place, and car reps who actively don't want to sell you a car. Absolutely bizarre. Just strange energy everywhere. Maybe one of their coworkers had died like 4 hours before we showed up and everyone in the used car department was still processing it or something, but just a total vacuum of professionalism or salesmanship.

Had an appointment at 9:30 AM for repair. I showed up at 8 AM instead. I was willing to wait. Service told me that they may get to diagnosis but were not sure if they were going to get it repaired until the following week. Service later added that they are super busy and that they are still playing catch-up from earlier in the week. I guess Lincoln of Troy has yet to learn the meaning of an appointment!

If you want your car taken car of and your oil change done right, come here!Came in for a full synthetic oil change on my 2019 Mustang GT and a tire rotation. I'll admit I was incredibly nervous, I've never let anyone else drive my car and saying I 'baby it' would be an understatement! They took incredible care of my car, including not washing it per my request (They will wash it for free if you want but I do everything by hand to prevent scratching), making sure to say the wheels are pristine black and to be careful when changing the tires. They even went the extra mile of having the service manager personally drive my car from the loading area to the service area since he also has a manual transmission vehicle. They did a great job wrapping my wheel and seat as well as to make sure those were not damaged or stained with oil or debris. Overall the change and tire rotation took about 100 minutes. If you want faster service you could go elsewhere, but if you LOVE your car and take care of it like I do, I think you don't have any other choice but to come to Lincoln of Troy. They really will treat your vehicle amazing and make sure you leave happier than when you came in!I've gotten a few oil changes at different quick lanes over the years and this was by far the best service and experience I've had. I'll be back to this location in another 5,000 miles guaranteed!Shout out to the service manage and the two women in the service bay who took care of me on 11/12/21. I'm sorry I can't recall there names but great job and thank you for taking care of 'Cherry Baby' for me :)Services: Tyres

Service is a bit of a question mark for me. - No loaner was available but I could reserve one for $70.00/day??? Really. Pick up service touted then said it was a $70 service fee??? No thanks. - Was advised they would have my vehicle for a week which was odd for my service issue??? - Received a call at 4:20 to pick up my unit by 5:30 to avoid a service charge. When I inquired about the charge I was promptly told it was $70/day for storage. When I questioned the service charge I was told considering it was late in the day they would waive the first day??? Hard pass. It's local and I want to support an area business ...additionally I was considered trading in my unit here but because of the poor presentation of the used car lot units, reviews here and watching a delivery taking place with a noticeable dent on a 65K Lincoln ... I believe I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went this morning to the quick lane for an oil change, showed up 1 hour early, noticed the quicklane hours said saturday they opened, website said they were opened, was 1st in line, hoping to be in and out in 30, and start my day. 8am passes and no one is there, the place is closed, but they haven't updated their hours on google, or the quick lane site, let alone on the door of their building. If they can't get something as important as when they're open for business right, why would you ever consider giving them your business otherwise? the details matter, and now i'm stuck waiting 3+ hours at another quick lane on top of the hour i already wasted waiting for this place to "open"

If I could give a negative -5 I would. This review is for the service center. Upon arrival, I pulled my vehicle into the designated service area. I waited in my car for nearly 5min, there was no one at the desk or anyone to greet you. I left my vehicle and walk inside searching for someone/anyone. Finally a woman sitting at the desk in the sales department asked if I needed help, I explained I was here for my scheduled oil change. Then she too began searching for someone to help me. We walked back out to the check in area, no one was there, then back down a hallway to a second desk, no one was there either, then to another service area closer to the actual service garage and guess what...no one was at either desk! Then an older gentleman walks in and she explained "this young lady is here for her scheduled oil change." I don't know if he didn't hear her or was just completely uninterested in helping out because he just kept walking. At this point I'm ready to leave and take my vehicle elsewhere when FINALLY a young woman walks in and says she can help me. My appointment was at 3:00pm, I arrived at 2:50 and now after this whole fiasco it's nearly 3:15pm. The woman doesn't greet me, doesn't apologize for the wait, or even asks what service I'm having done. She simply says "what's your name?, OK and you parked in there?" She took my keys and left. I spent the next 1hr and 30min sitting on an uncomfortable stool. During that time I heard the two women complaining about lunch breaks, on their cellphones looking up videos, talking about kids and etc. I purchased a luxury 2020 Corsair vehicle from Lincoln and right now I feel like I'm sitting in the waiting room of a hair salon in inner city Detroit somewhere! This is NOT the type of service I would expect from Lincoln. Finally after waiting for what seemed like an eternity for my scheduled oil change, I'm told my vehicle is ready. I go to the counter to pay and I'm told my total $116!....I asked "for an oil change??" To which the young lady says "YEAH!" To which I replied again "$116 for an oil change?" Let me mention this is not my first Lincoln SUV, it's actually my 3rd. So I know that the synthetic oil changes are usually around $65-70. She just stares at me, and says "I'm confused, to which I replied so am I" That's when she begins complaining about the printer, and literally starts talking to someone else! WTF is going on here, I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. You have a paying customer in front of you who is asking why her total is over $100 and you ignore her and begin complaining about the printer! Meanwhile I'm just standing here. So when she's finally done with her rant, she says well you also got a tire rotation and an inspection. Huh...what inspection and tire rotation?? I literally came in here for an oil change and now they've completed service on my vehicle that I didn't even authorize. At this point I'm just ready to get my car and leave so I pay the $116. The cost is not the problem it's the lack of communication and horrific customer service and not verifying what the customer is there to have done prior to performing services. The ordeal was so bad that another customer who was also waiting turned around and began to voice his disgust at the entire situation and said "that's not how you treat customers, you should give this young lady her money back." She then leaves comes back and says "OK you car is ready and parked in the service lane." I'm thinking oh thank God, I can finally get out of this nightmare. Until I walk over and see my car isn't there. I have to walk back over and ask ummm "where's my vehicle??" She says "oh it's not out there?" NO!....that was the wrong SUV! WTF is wrong with these people???? So she gets on her walkie talkie and asks for vehicle 843. There's radio silence! Has everyone just stopped working
