Bought an expensive bed frame thinking it'd last a bit. Lasted just over a year before it broke. Contacted them and was told they only provide warranty for their products for 30 days.I'd expect that from Ikea, but man it's just proof that just because you spend money on something it won't last.Honestly just go to a different store. They really aren't worth it. Their customer service is also appalling. They refuse to put anything in writing and when asked for proof of their policies they hung up.

Disappointed by the salesperson. I guess we weren't worth her time. She told me I was wrong about the size pillow insert I wanted. I WAS RIGHT! Now, I have to go through a return and repurchase what I originally wanted. I will never go back to this location.

Do not order from them. They charged me to return my items TWICE I have called and spoke to their customer service department 5 times because I returned my items over 3 weeks ago. Still have not received my refund but wants to charge me to return my items more than was I paid for shipping!!!!! Plus I had to pay to return my items at the ups store. $78 to RETURN my items!!!! They are Thieves

Terrible service. We were encouraged to order through the store for the best service. The custom chair arrived with a broken leg and the marble table was not leveled and installed properly before the ‘white glove’ delivery folks left our home.We paid for the service to ensure the pieces arrived safely and with extra care. This did not happen. Now the complicated process of customer service begins.I should of ordered them on line and taken my chances with UPS

This place sucks. Pottery barn in general sucks.I was in a house remodel and opened packages too late to return an item that I was charged twice for and received two of when I only wanted one. Pottery barn doesn't even give you store credit. As if pottery barn can't afford it. Scum bags!Not my first bad experience with pottery barn and their customer service isn't the greatest.

Ordered the dream sofa, waited 3 months only to arrive dirty and incomplete. Tried calling and emailing my sales rep (Nancy) I didn’t get a response. Now I am told I have to wait another 3 months for the pillows to my sofa. When I called customer service their answer is basically deal with it. So glad I didn’t order the balboa chairs to match just yet. I’d gladly go elsewhere before I give this awful store another penny of my hard earned money.

I would give them negative 5 stars if it was available! Purchased a nursery chair as a gift on March 7 and here we are August 12 and no chair! I've had to reach out to get status updates the last 6 months and was told so many different dates. I looked online and noticed it was ready to be scheduled for delivery, so I've tried the last few days to get in touch with someone in scheduling, but on hold so long with no answer. Finally, this morning after 25 minutes on hold I got a human who told me the chair had been there for a while and someone should have called me. She put me on hold several times to check on delivery and then we were disconnected. She never attempted to call me back, so I called back and waited another 25 minutes to have another gal who couldn't handle my frustration and decided I needed to be put back on hold as my punishment. I finally had to hang up because people do have lives and jobs to do. Worst customer service experience ever!!! After 6 months and many phone calls my niece still does not have her chair that cost $2,000!!! I would have canceled this many months ago if it was not a gift, but she was so excited about having this chair in the nursery that I don't want to disappoint her, so I will drive to pottery barn kids today and see if they can help.
