I really enjoyed going here and decided to make this my regular nail salon. However, this last visit made me change my mind. I went in to get a full set, pedicure, and eyebrows done. I got the spa shellac pedicure, with ombré nails. I showed them what I wanted, however I didn't get completely what l wanted, but it was close? I was only expecting to be there for no more than an hour in a half. I was there for 2 hours and didn't have enough time to get my eyebrow waxed. Also,
It was for my birthday so they sent me a 10% off coupon for my birthday. Because nails are so expensive now, I'm thinking this will be a nice discount and break. We spend a lot of money with these companies and the least you can do is honor the discounts that you're offering. I go to check out and show them what they sent me regarding the discount and they pretended to honor it. My total was $135.00, which let me know they did not do the 10% off. I asked for a receipt and the nail tech just starred at me like they didn't give receipts and told me to have a nice day. I don't appreciate the deception and him acting oblivious to what I was saying. It's very disappointing to see them act oblivious. What I wanted verses what I got. They charged me $75 for the ombré nails. This was my experience. Please tell me if this look the same. I appreciate your view.

Poshe Nail Salon is my favorite place for manicures and pedicures! I regularly visit the Troy location. The interior is beautiful and calming. The staff is kind and they make a point to personally greet everyone who walks through the front door.

I had gel Mani and spa Pedi by Peter. The services were fantastic. The massage during the Pedi was the best I've ever received. My nails turned out great and she was personable. In addition, the salon is clean and equipment is up to date. I'll return Poshe Nail And ask for Peter when I do.

My experience here was so amazing, the customer service is excellent. Prices comparable to other salons. I have always had wonderful experiences at Poshe Nail Salon Always happy with my dipping powder nails.

I came to Poshe Nail Salon because a friend recommended it. I had never been there before; I don't even know where it is. Now I know and there's no turning back! The nail technicians were very pleasant and the salon was very clean! I love that the polish used is also clean and eco-friendly! Try Poshe Nail Salon! You will not be disappointed!!

I highly recommend this nail salon! They are always able to get me in as a walk-in and each technician I have had has done an excellent job. It's a super clean place, the pedicure massage chairs are so comfortable and I find their pricing to be very fair and reasonable. The hot wax wrap thing they do during their pedicures is amazing!
Cleanliness: They keep every here very clean!

Everyone is extremely friendly and takes the time to spoil you. By far the best nails I've ever had, my sister and I both absolutely love our work at Poshe Nail Salon! I got gel nail polish over 2 & 1/2 weeks ago and it is still on and they look flawless!

I had a pedicure with Tracy today. The service was wonderful as usual. My feet feel brand new. This is the only place I go to for nail services.
