Why for YEARS are this locations ATMs always down? Withdrawals & depositing are always grayed out unable to use, or both machines say “out of service”… its 2024 & yall still cant figure out a ATM?

Noel was extremely helpful. She took time out of her busy day to address a someone complex matter after another PNC branch would not give me the time of day. She addressed it in a very timely manner and was a pleasure to work with.

This was the first PNC bank branch I visited after moving to Sterling Heights. I was doing an address change, then later opened savings accounts. Everyone I’ve dealt with has always been very professional, and just plain nice. My most recent visit included closing some accounts, adjusting others and John (sorry, I don’t have his last name) made it so easy and quick. Moving again and will still be using PNC down south . . . it’s only 2 miles from my new address!

I’m satisfied with this branch overall. During the pandemic they don’t allow walk-ins, instead you are directed to drive through kiosks. Staff are polite and helpful.

HORRIBLE BANK! Specially during quarantine all they care about is money!!!! Since lockdown I’ve been asking for help about late fees because I don’t have a job anymore and haven’t been approved for unemployment. Staff are just as corrupt as the bank, no location is good! Disgusting sheep

Ever since our closest PNC branch had closed a few years ago we have had to locate other branches that may be on the way to wherever we are going. There doesn't seem to be any one location that is regularly on our route. I found this branch that is close to where we go for haircuts, so ill try to remember it for future. Like many other branches of PNC, this one has drive-up banking with multiple lanes to conduct most business. They also feature a drive up ATM for self services like after-hours deposits and withdrawals as well as balance checks. Being drive-up is much more convenient and probably safer than a walk-up ATM whether outside or inside. I know I'll be swinging by here again sometime in the future, even if just to pick up some cash.

I would give less than one star if it would allow me too. Just left after helping another one of their customers and got cussed at by the young black teller. I wouldn't use any of PNC Banks ever due to the way I was treated. Beyond inappropriate behavior and banking policies!! I truly hope they get shut down by the federal government!!

Terrible for 3 transactions I had to wait 20 mins no one at the window and no other customers around. Wasnt greeted was left at the window for a good 5 mins before anyone came.then had to wait 20mins just for them to take care of my transaction. No reason to have to wait 20 mins just so I can do transactions. I can see inside they're all standing around talking.
