Our dog was left with much fur around 1 elbow than the rest and every uneven cur along her chest and belly. she didn't look good at all.

i brought my puppy in and hes very young so obviously he tried to nibble on things and he has been groomed at many other places before no complaints very friendly dog. they called me 10 minutes after i dropped him off telling me he bit the groomer and they will not continue to groom him, i went in very surprised there was no bite he just tried to nibble on her hand. you work with dogs so what was your expectation exactly? they shaved half of his hair off and left him like that. very unfriendly staff and told me if he tries putting the groomers hand in his mouth they will have to stop grooming… don’t groom pets if you’re scared of a dog nibbling on your hand or licking your hand maybe

Not stocked well and the staff isn't helpful or friendly. Might be helpful in a pinch but don't expect much of count on it

Try to purchase fish here and couldn't find a single employee besides the cashier. She made an announcement over the PA that a customer needed assistance in aquatics. After waiting another 10 minutes without seeing anyone I left to go spend my money elsewhere.

This store is often low or out of stock compared to some others, but the selection is otherwise pretty good. Amazon and Hobby Lobby sometimes have better prices, so shop around. In-store employees very friendly and helpful .

Vetco at location are bunch of Scammers I had an appointment today for my final shots for my pet they try to tell me because I missed my appointment by 3 weeks I need to restart her shots from day one they just want more money would not recommend this team for anybody I will never go back there again

Called for a walk-in to get my dog a quick bath. They added a $25 package to her grooming that we didn't discuss over the phone or when I dropped her off so had to pay for an additional service we I didn't want in the first place. The groomer was really nice but whoever checked us in was lacking when it came to customer service.

I will NEVER go back this location, I explained my issues and the clerk sold be some clarify and and bug out fish food and totally clouded my tank! I asked specifically about the cloudiness ,and the odor was horrible

Poor quality and not a good variety of products. Staff doesn’t seem to have knowledge on animals. August 23rd store hours said open till 9p.m. Yet we got there at 8:35 and the door was locked no sign and no one answered the phone.

I had 4 recently purchased fish die and the cashier wanted me to pay for the replacement fish since I had used Petco loyalty rewards to get the original fish that died only 2.5 weeks ago

Worst service.
I waited patiently to get a fish for my son. What I thought was a simple ask for a pet store. After asking twice for help; and waiting over 30 mins with no service; I asked once again if someone would be able to help me. The response from the employee was it was not her responsibility and that she didn’t handle fish and didn’t know when the other employee would return. I was extremely upset with her response. As I left the store with my young son crying because we couldn’t get the fish, her response was “he needs to practice patience”. Mind you he’s 4 and we had already waited over 30 mins. I will never shop at this store anymore due to their lack of customer service and rudeness.

Been going here for 2 years with the understanding that the store is having issues with finding employees. 2 years of that before I finally said enough. Found another pet store you can see from this one. Prices are cheaper there, staff are more present, their small animals don't look depressed and forgotten about. Probably never going back to this horrible place.
It's ok if you want to buy something off the shelf. That's about it unless you wanna be there all day looking for an employee to help you
