I wish I could leave negative stars, they tried to take another guest in front of me, I was looking for a specific item and theu treated me as if I was gonna steal it, then sent me to another store that didn't even have the bracelet, now I wasted time and gas because of their rudeness, arrogance and unprofessionalism. ?

My elderly Moon and teenage daughter went to purchase charms for me for Mother’s Day to go on the bracelet they purchased for me for Christmas-same location. Both agree the associate-Winter-was rude and acted irritated. My teen clearly states/asks “isn’t it her job to help or suggest? Not everyone who comes in knows exactly what they want” Worse, this is same associate who sold them the bracelet and charms at Christmas and her attitude was the same!

Very much need to work on customer service. For the second time my mom and daughter experienced an employee at the Troy location in Somerset Mail- that was rude and seemed irritated...same person for both encounters. Unacceptable

The customer service at the Somerset location…MS. Winter… Is terrible. My daughter (a teenager) took my elderly mom out there today to but a Mother’s Day charm or two. They agree she’s impatient and rude. Furthermore my daughter remembers she’s the representative that waited on them when they bought my bracelet and first charms at Christmas and she was impatient and borderline rude them to. Unacceptable and not the expectation.

I had a charm of R2-D2 and it broke. I got it replaced before the year I bought it. Which is a win. I thought I had to buy another one. The ladies there even cleaned my whole charm bracelet for me and I bought another addition to my collection (need another bracelet), the Beauty and the Beast Rose in a glass case. It’s so beautiful. I love that all my charms are on file already, so I don’t have to locate a receipt. I’m very happy. Clean bracelet, R2-D2 replaced, with an addition to add to my collection, a Rose. Very happy customer

Don’t shop here their rude and unprofessional. I placed a order online and went in to pick it up, i walked in and no one acknowledged me. There were four ladies standing around talking and only one had a customer. I waited about twenty minutes before i was help by the lady with the customer, and she seemed like she had an attitude. after all that my order wasn’t ready. I usually shop at Pandora a lot but i think ill take my business somewhere else.

Rude management. I bought an item online. Had my kids with me. All what I asked is if I could simply pickup the item that’s already paid off for. They asked me to go back inline for an hour wait.
