I have been working for new image since may, I Love this job, yes. The communication could be a little better but we are improving. But I wouldn't trade my job for any other. And Ryan is a amazing person. He takes care of his employees. He backs us up and not many employers do that. New image takes there job serious. They are good at what they do. I dedicate myself to my job. I've seen and worked for big janitorial companies way more unprofessional. AND THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!!!!!

wouldn’t recommend this job at all.
I got hired in around march.
they put me at a building for a temporary placement until my background check came in for a different building. they had made a mistake and there wasn’t an opening where I was suppose to go.
so they promised another position at a different building I just had to wait like 3 weeks.
I get to the knew building, and liked it a lot, it was good pay and I worked with people who I thought were nice.
well my supervisor (who I will not name) and one of the girls I worked with, were always talking behind mine and the other girls back, we began to have a problem when anything and everything that I said would get communicated back to my supervisor and my words would be twisted or the girl would just complain about me all the time. but was super nice to my face.
at one point my supervisor called me to ask if there were any problems and I explained I had no problems with anyone at all and I was just there to do my job and I liked the girls I worked with. and I thought we were all becoming friends.
the girl who always communicated with my supervisor as I said was always super nice to mine and the other girls face, always said she didn’t have a problem with us and she liked our team. but would go to my supervisor and talk negatively about me and the other girl.
my second week there my supervisor threatened my job and said she had a ton of her girls that were waiting for a potion at my job and want the better pay.
I then went to HR and told them about all of the senseless drama and in detail, and also told them about how my supervisor threatened my job.
apparently this is not the first complaint about this supervisor.
anyway without warning I was let go from the company all together and was told it was from the “building manager” and that she didn’t want me to return.
but she didn’t know they had fired me because she was texting me and the other girls in the group chat because she thought we were all at the building and she needed to know where something was.
and if it was the building manager that wanted me gone, why wasn’t I transferred to a new building? why wasn’t I gave a warning? there’s no verbal, written, or any type of write up on me.
and if I was such an issue they had to fire me why would HR give me a good reference?
it’s not hard to put two and two together. my supervisor and the other girl were together from the start as the other girls step mom was my supervisors friend.
I figured it was coming so I had already began to look for a new job a week ago and thankfully found a better one.
so if you want to work here, do at your own risk of being fired with no warning, no communication, and being treated unfairly.
and I see communication has been an issue in the past with this company.

Don’t even bother applying here poor management they don’t care about they workers I have videos of management sleep smoking and drinking on the job I also have via text from supervisors that will be uploading on all platforms this is nasty unorganized company
