I ordered a pair of Tom Ford Pad Lock Heels for a special occasion this past Tuesday.. I paid overnight shipping as well, the shoe didnt ship out after two days. I contacted the store two days in a row and was promised the shoe would be here by Friday 2/16. however.. I received a email at 3am stating that the shoe will now arrive Monday 2/19. No apologies came with that email. if I wanted a shoe on 2/19 I would have did regular shipping. I am very disappointed in this store. I will never purchase anything else from here moving forward.

My boyfriend and I walked over to Neiman Marcus this afternoon to check out the Stone Island collection after receiving very bad service over at the Saks Fifth Avenue store. We were treated exceptionally well by Larry and Barry! Larry greeted us right as we walked into the men's section and was so incredibly helpful. The selection of the Stone Island merchandise was also amazing! Larry and Barry didn't just give wonderful customer service but were extremely friendly and I believe truly enjoyed talking with us. I can't recommend them enough for their remarkable service! We walked away with a great deal on the items we bought as well as some complimentary water bottles which was really kind of Larry to grab for us after such a long and fabulous conversation! Thank you again Larry and Barry!

Whoa! Reading some of our valued shoppers reviews :(( so sad to hear some of these comments. I do recognize that sometimes it is a harder to find someone and also that not all salespeople are as caring as others - however - we do have a great many more working at this location that do really care and do go over and above to assist...please allow me to show you some OldSchool love and attention! I move the mountain for our customers, all of our customers, in every department in the store. I work in the ladies shoe department. My name is Tia. I have 40+yrs of retail experience.

Does the store even sell things anymore? I went here looking for some holiday apparel. Think glam. Think luxe. Color me surprised when I walked into what looked like the Macy's at Oka Mall. This store is a vast wasteland of nothing. There is virtually nothing in stock, and even less people to help you with any questions that you may have. After spinning in circles for probably 30 minutes trying to find cocktail dresses and realizing there weren't really any in the actual store, I turned around and left. During the entire time I was in the store not a single associate approached me. To be fair I don't think I actually even saw an associate.

The customer service is not what it used to be, but I still come back for hard to find brands that you won't find in other stores. Ambiance and display are also A+. I wish they'd focus more on the experience.

I went to the Chanel boutique in NM. Linda demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of Chanel handbag and took the time to allow me to check the quality of the handbag, providing different hardware bags to see how they look like on me and valuable guidance throughout my shopping experience. Her exceptional assistance, professionalism, patience and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction were greatly appreciated. If you visit this Chanel boutique first time, have her serve you!

Beware!!! Worst customer service in the shoes dept. Some sales ladies there hate returning with terrible attitude and the shoes management not professional at all! They will try their best to not to return any designer shoes! They will accuse you of wearing them when you order them online and they have never been worn! I would give them 0 if I could. Very disappointed with Neimans when I spend thousands of dollars there and been a long time customer. Do these shoes look like they've been worn?? The imperfections on the heel were like that from trying the shoes on!!

I came in to make a purchase, I am a Niche fragrance collector for over 23 years, I am ONLY giving this review 4 stars because of the help I received from Zoe and another young lady, however… the other staff doesn’t greet you, they look you up and down as if you can’t afford to purchase something there, they whisper in front of guests which is rude and distasteful, I wanted to look at the Bond. 9 collection but they were congregating at the counter for well over an hour.I had to ask my saleswoman to have them move so I can go over there, once I was over there it was like they were baffled I asked them to move the energy was off and I really didn’t get the experience that I wanted, one of the ladies, she whispered to my saleswoman, this was so unprofessional and she was helping me, the other staff did not greet me not one associate , except one in the group and I felt like that was forced, ….Zoe made my shopping experience great, she tailored to my needs, she made me feel acknowledged and valued as a customer, she wanted to make sure I was satisfied and well taken care of, she didn’t make me feel rushed or deprived of a great customer service experience, soon as I entered the store she was Johnny on the spot, thanks Zoe for giving me a great experience !

The staff at the store is amazing, but ordering anything online is a nightmare. I ordered a pair of shoes that were on sale for a good price.After a couple days I got an email that my order was cancelled, I call to find out why and I’m told that I didn’t respond to an email accepting a delay. There was no email & their solution was to buy the same shoe for $350 more than my original purchase price.Not cool!

Horrible staff omg. I haven’t seen laziest people in my life. What are you paying them for????? Do not order anything online as well. I tried to order and waited half hour just to check for sure if they had 9/5 sneakers. I mean I do not recommend. It’s up to you. I know that I will never even get close to this store. To avoid running into any issues I wouldn’t bother shopping here. The SA sent me the completely wrong pair or shoes during their consolidation sale, offered no apology and wouldn’t honor a price even though it was their mistake. Called customer service for a call back request, they’ll completely ignore you. Don’t bother with emailing customer service as the emails will bounce between 4 different people and you’ll repeat yourself so much you eventually give up. I went into another location where they told me they couldn’t do anything, texted a manager from Troy who ignored the situation as well. The most unprofessional luxury experience go shop the actual brand to avoid the headache.

I used be a customer at Neiman Marcus back in the day where there were actually personal shoppers who were so helpful and professional-that is why I was willing to pay higher prices -I walked through this store today and there was no one around to ask if needed anything -I was on the third (designer) floor and was looking to find a dressing room -I found one sales lady who looked at me and said tersely "I am with a customer now". -I will never shop at this NM again -I heard they are in negotiations with Saks to be bought out and I hope they are -

Was about to place an order online, but called the customer support line for assistance. The over the phone representatives are incompetent when being able to comprehend what the customer needs. Before I could get any more frustrated, I decided to not move forward with the purchase based off the lack of comprehension skills of the over the phone representative. I feel sorry for whichever customer has to call in and speak with one of NM reps.

The store associates have a self “entitlement” that not once did anyone offer to assist or to help other than two kind women that were vendors. Purchase online or elsewhere is my suggestion.

The gentleman with the white hair in the women’s shoe department was very rude. There was a shoe that I wanted, however had so much of an entitled attitude, that I decided against buying. Just use the website if you need to make a shoe purchase or ask for a different associate
