I had an exceptional experience with Chet and the team at National Seating and Mobility in Troy, Michigan. Not only did they provide expert advice and support, but they also went above and beyond by installing a backup camera on my wheelchair, enhancing my mobility and safety. The installation process was smooth and the team was meticulous in ensuring everything worked perfectly. Chet and his colleagues are true professionals who care deeply about their clients' well-being. I'm thoroughly impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch mobility solutions.

I've been dealing with these guys for 20+ Years! Never have let me down. I see a ton of bad reviews, I understand the frustration, but I think its mostly insurance or impatience. Mobility for ANYONE IN A CHAIR IS PRIORITY, 5 MINUTES IS TOO LONG WITH OUT IT. Then, you add in transportation to pickup/deliver, coordination w/caregivers, its a DISASTER!!So, no matter how much anyone does, it will never be enough. The staff may not "Seem" compassionate, but they are. If they worked 247 it wouldn't be enough! I know a guy who worked for a seating facility, he was compassionate, worked many ours, bent over backwards, and did more than he should have! These people are only human, and its a business..Unfortunately, the guy I knew got so involved, it ruined his health and passed in 2020, stress of trying to care for everyone can be a burden, try to be patient. (*I'm sure one day I'll have an issue, but right now, I will not switch)

This company is a joke!! If you have any problems, good luck getting in touch with anybody. The billing department has no idea how to do their job. They sent my claim to the insurance company almost 8 weeks late. They overcharged me almost $700. Now I have to get them to refund my money. Do not do business with this company! This only a problem on the corporate side. The local branch has been fantastic.

It was made extremely clear that my daughter’s needs and health were not a priority for this company and their staff. It’s heartbreaking to watch people treat those who need the most support with the least amount of care and respect. I will never work with this company again. Disabled children deserve to be a priority.

From wheelchair fitting to completion was only a few months. They handled everything for me so no insurance headaches, no hassle, just a little Sense of freedom back! Thanks To all involved.

I cannot express the disgust that I have for the company and staff from the Troy office. Scott (Manager), Sarah, Rick, Greg worst customer service people. No kind of empathy, cold hearted, unscrupulous people that only care about the $$$. Spoke to Matt, Regional Manager and I have faith that he will find a resolution for my son's on going problem with his wheelchair.

I tried setting up an appointment to be seen for a new custom wheelchair. I left messages with no return calls, and when I finally was able to speak to someone about 3 weeks later they seemed not to interested helping me out. I told the girl I spoke to that I felt like I was mistreated with no response from her. I told her to forget it that I will take my business elsewhere. Not only did they lose my business but also my respect for them as a company helping out people like myself who sometimes desperately needs them for products they advertise they supply. I took my business to Binsons.

The worst customer service ever ..I am unable to speak to a live body half the time. Every time I call it’s a recording. I am trying to find informationss about my order and get different answers each time. I am very unhappy with Greg who I have to deal with on wheelchair orders. I was fitted for new chair then told nope insurance said I was not eligible yet. I wasted an hour of therapy for him to measure me. I pay out of pocket since I had a bad fall and broke my neck.

Repair department stinks. I needed service on my power chair. Thankfully the techs put used parts in it to get me by until the new parts were ordered. That was months ago. I’ve been completely left in the dark as to the status of my repair. No update communication whatsoever. I called yesterday to inquire about my status. I was given some story about needing to schedule a dr appointment to document my current health status. I informed the representative that I was just at my neurologist in March and I had no intention of scheduling another appointment for my condition hasn’t changed. To be honest I was unclear as to what information my dr was supposed to provide. I called this morning to try to get a better understanding of what was needed to expedite my repair. Ray pulled up my claim on the computer after I explained to him what had transpired yesterday. He found nothing in the computer to support what I had been told yesterday. Informed me that everything was in order to send to my insurance carrier for approval which was done yesterday. NO action on my end was needed. How coincidental that it was sent to my insurance company the same day I followed up. Seems to me someone dropped the ball. I will find another mobility supplier for future needs.

Absolutely the best service I have received in years from any business. Top notch team, I first dealt with Scott Will who took care of the repairs to our wheel chair and also set me up with a new heavy duty high quality one with some extra features. Chet then saw that these units were intended for use at the Police Department and recommended padded safety belts and went the extra mile to explain the features and benefits. I walked in with one broken wheel chair and while I waited, they took care of the repairs, made upgrades and had me on my way in not time. Sara (office manager) was also great, very professional and courteous. Please patronize this establishment as they not only "Do things right", they "Do the Right Thing".Thanks So Much!Sgt.
