Horrible experience
Dr Noor is very rude this doctor doesn’t not take the time with patients to explain anything his first reaction was to find another doctor. Doctor office is slowwwww it took two hours just to be seen for 10 minutes. Also his first interaction was very rude to never introduced his self & asked why we were changing doctor.

Doctor Bunny is really good doctor .
I'm glad we found him .
The girls at the front desk are very welcoming especially Rialda she is the best always helps us with any question we have and she is very kind . It's also walk in family practise so no need to make appointment prior visit .

Well experienced doctor and fantastic diagnostician. The waits are longer and not convenient sometimes, but they are for a good reason. His son Dr. Alan Bunney, is also very knowledgeable and a good doctor. He took the time to listen and explain everything. The stuff is not rude but just because of the busyness look confused every so often.Thank you for the good care Dr. Bunney, we really appreciate you!

Bunney is nice man and good doctor. Been going to him for 15 years. Just going here is painful. 90 minute to 2 hour wait every time. I waited 2 hrs last week for blood work and 2 hours this week to read results of tests. Painful.

This doctor office is sketchy, beware! If you come to this office, you have to ask for all the charges/fees up front. They will not tell you and surprise you later on. I came here with my friend who referred me to Dr. Bunney for a "skinny weight loss shot". I was NOT told upfront there would be hidden fees involved. I did ask how much the entire process would cost and Dr. Bunney assured me it would be $125 for every shot I would come. I asked if that was everything total and he said "Yes sweetheart, only $125 each visit." No mention of anything else. I came 7 times total, and paid $125 each time. Last month came a surprise bill in the mail for $155, which they said I owed since he is not my primary care physician. I was never told or made aware of this when I first came to this doctor. He never told me that I had to switch over to him as my primary care doctor in order to receive service. I tried to call the front office and the receptionist was so rude and ignored my explanation. I ended up going into the physical office again after a second bill was mailed and they told me to call my insurance company to switch over my PCP to Dr. Bunney in order to avoid these fees but I do NOT want to switch him over as my primary. I came here ONLY for the weight loss shot. In my whole entire life I have never experienced such a sketchy medical practice. Other reviews here mentioned hidden fees as well! I'm warning any future patients of this. PATIENTS BE AWARE.

As a patient for over 40 years, today I brought my two youngest sons to meet Dr. bunney. I am so blessed to have this doctor on my team. Here is to another generation of my family under the care of these doctors.

Very bad customer care, plus they don’t really care about your results how they look like ?. I don’t recommend that place at all.

Dr. Bunney treated me for carpal tunnel syndrome in January - he prescribed me meds, however, I never took them because I found out I was pregnant shortly after.I am now 34 weeks and went back to see him yesterday for additional treatment (my obgyn recommended cortisone shots). He told me that’s “too much” since I’m pregnant and instead prescribed me a gel that doesn’t appear to be proven as pregnancy safe (based on multiple sources and my obgyn) and can be purchased OTC. I called back after speaking to my OB and spoke to a clearly irritated nurse who, upon telling her this, said “well what did your OB recommend then?”Dr. Bunney also seemed to think my carpal tunnel could be a thyroid issue despite him diagnosing me with it in January and insisted on doing blood work. Shocker - my thyroid levels appear to be fine.Waste of time and money.

Dr. Bunney is a trusted advisor to my family. My wife, kids, sister. Mom, and dad all go to him. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to everything you have to say and concerns you may have. He can treat many different conditions in office and even has an X-RAY and EKG on site. The nurses are always professional and the PAs in site are great. He even patched up a torn open knee for my scared and crying 10 year old.

The very best Doctor there is. The office it's open 6 days plus holidays so he's always accessible. Appointments are usually treated like a clinic where you can just walk in and wait. Super convenient. No need to wait 2+ weeks for a traditional appointment. So many in house services give you a wide range of treatment options. I've been seeing him at least 20 years. I live 2 hrs away bae l now and I still drive in. I know I'll always be seen. ❤️

Ugh. If you want medical care at a place where a doctor rushes between patients without thoroughly washing his hands, calls you pet names so he doesn't have to remember your name, and wants to see you monthly for primary care, than this is the place for you. An added bonus is rather than privacy, you're treated in a "hospital triage" type setting, even for a highly personal, primary care visit. No joke, I was seen with nothing but a flimsy curtain between me and some grandpa who complained that he gets a burning headache every time he ejaculates. A frequency he cited to be "as many times a day as possible." On my side of the curtain, it was all about boobs. But not sexy or fun: scary. The purpose of my visit was to get a referral for a breast MRI. I wrote in my personal notes, which I bring to every doctor I see, "get breast MRI referral." I have breast pain, my mother had breast cancer. Her mother died of breast cancer. I know a good radiologist can spot issues on an MRI that a mammogram image or ultrasound image cannot pickup. My dad is an engineer in MRI technology and we have a radiologist in the family. I get a breast MRI every 5 years. My mother's cancer was caught, by MRI at stage 0. I shared this purpose with the doctor and everyone I spoke with at this clinic. Grandpa Yankee might even have heard on his side of the curtain. At the end of my visit which was otherwise okay, one perk is they draw blood there for labs, I went to leave the clinic and they handed me an order for a mammogram and MRI. I had my mammogram and scheduled my MRI only to get a call from Katherine at Troy Med Clinic asking me WHO orders the MRI. Uh you. She said they did not order the MRI, despite the order form I have from them. Katherine is one of the rudest and most obnoxious people I have ever spoken with from a medical facility. She asked me to email the order back to her so she could see it, which I did, only for her to claim it is incorrect.Katherine said she spoke with the doctor and he didn't remember the MRI or put it in my chart. This same doctor who would rather call me honey than remember my name recalls my medical history? LOL.I don't know what is going on with my breast pain but I know I won't be back for the cattle call at Troy Medical Clinic. Find a doctor who cares about you, listens to you and values your health more than your money.

Saw him for couple years but learning he does not care about patients. It's all about the money. Waiting for 2 hrs every single time you go- utterly rude staff AND also may be getting prosecuted for certain things as I hear it. WARNING STAY AWAY!
