The worst workers I have ever witnessed in my life. Never go to this store. I bought shoes online and tried them AT HOME so you know the bottom of the shoes are clean and I had to return them for another size and the workers didn’t accept because “the bottom of the shoes are not clean and they won’t be able to sell them again” and they never returned them even though they are clean. I was talked to with the worst attitude not how workers should speak with customers. Save yourself the headache and never come to this store.

I was in the store two days ago. Trying to buy a pair Jordan. I had asked the sales associate if I could try on the shoe that I wanted to buy. They gave me the display shoe to try on because it was my size and the only pair they had left. While trying to lace up the shoes the security guard in the store was eying me down and making me feel really uncomfortable and insignificant. After I had tried on the shoes the security guard takes the shoes out of my hand and tells the manager that I was damaging the shoes, I was trying to see if the shoe was already damaged or not because that was only pair they had. The manager flips out and acts very unprofessional and starts yelling profanities. They clearly were trying to racially profile me and belittle me at the same time. I highly suggest everyone to take their business somewhere else because this place only cares about the color of your skin then customer satisfaction.

I went in last week, and the security guard was racially profiling me. I make good money too and was just on vacation for a wedding…I just wanted to buy some sneakers. If anyone can recommend me another sneaker store, I’ll be in Michigan for another week. Thanks

Worst Snipes I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible, they thought I was stealing the shoes when I was trying them on. Security guard was yelling at me, I was crying… I’m only 15.

Worst store ever, customer service is the worst thing i ever experienced in my life, these, do not shop here, they are so rude for no reason, they also hit on my sister while was there!!

Had a return to make and was hardly greeted by the two women working. When I finally was helped they seemed to be very short... I was on a search for a certain color shoe and continued to look around the mall. With no luck, I headed back to see if I could just get the same shoe in a different size. The girl with short blue hair hunched over a laptop behind the counter was almost bothered to help me... Almost felt as if I were a problem being a white person in her presence... Sad to be leaving this review but the rudeness was something to be mentioned.

A coat was purchased for me I couldn’t fit and my husband tried to return it next day the staff was very rude trying to force him to do a exchange and telling him they don’t have cash no one greeted him and they where all on their cellphones I’ll be contacting corporate on this terrible location so she states to go to another snipes like what ???

Completely useless. Associate was worried about flirting with security guard, told me they don’t accept returns for uggs because they don’t sell them yet the snipes website states you can return them to ANY snipes location.

Went in the store and there for 10 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help with anything, then once I got threr attention I had toget a store step ladder and get the shoe I was considering buying but after the lack of attention I decided to take my business elsewhere, thanks alot.

I purchased 2 pair of Jordan 1s for my daughter. She was not there at the time of purchase. I let her try on the pairs of shoes at home, and she did not go out the house with them. She tried them on to see if she had liked them or not. She didn't like one pair, so we went to return them. There were particles at the bottom because we tried it at home, but when dusted off, it looks as new. They have never been worn before, only tried on. But they kept denying our return and insisted that they were wore when they were not. They were okay with us changing the size of the shoes, but did not agree for us to return them. How is it possible to be able to try it on in store with the chance of it getting dirty at the bottom but not okay for it to be tried on at home? They also didn't show the assistant manager (who was not in the store) the shoes after they were dusted off. They only showed her the pictures before they were dusted off. Both the manager in the store and the workers there were unreasonable to us. Make sure to try the shoes before buying them or else you will get turned away.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Asiha or aiasha tried to lie about her name. Wouldn’t give me the store number so I could call corporate and report her. She gave me fraud info so I couldn’t report her. Wouldn’t return my pair of shoes saying she didn’t have enough money after she just made me come all the way there because I called and she told me I have to come in to see if they have enough money. Worst customer service I have ever had racist

Date of incidents June 22nd time approximately 1 to 2 o'clock not sure of associate's name it was a female and a male employee in the store no one had on name tags but it was the female employee who had had the initial contact with. The shoe was purchased at the Jefferson Avenue location excellent customer service spent 225 and I don't wear gym shoes generally great shopping experience One of the shoes just a black Nike I return because I purchased gym shoes from another company so I didn't need the black pair . I went to this location because I was shopping at Oakland mall I wanted to return the shoe at Oakland mall because the Jefferson location is near my workplace and my school is now closed moving on she inspected the shoe as if I had stolen it off the shelf, I actually was embarrassed at her treatment.She take her phone out took a picture and send it to someone.. Not sure to who.I had a digital receipt of the shoe again was not worn she just super inspected the sale. As she was getting to proceed with the return there was a smudge on this shoe a small one that I didn't realize.( I didn't see it I had to go back into the store for her to show me where it was after she refused to return it for me )I called the original store and Rch I believe that's his name apologize for her and told me to bring it back and he would take care of me. Thats customer service. It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD . SHE never tried to turn around the return, never offered any customer service. I was a store manager for many years she did everything wrong in my opinion. I was embarrassed. Incovienced and irritated .My store team always took care of the customer. Managers need to be empowered to take care of the customer. Even this process is a repeat of what I already explained. Im BIG on giving associates high marks for their service however, when service is sub par as this I will let everyone know. Its a shame that my day would be so challenging . However, I feel that I was totally and thoroughly disappointed as a customer.

they wouldn’t take back $150 shoes because my little brother painted on them he’s 4 and my parents didn’t want him to paint on the floor it was black paint shoes are completely fine

They need to hire new workers in there they too unprofessional and comments need to be kept to there self!!
