I am from out of town and was needing someone to look at my break and tires. Not only was a greeted with great energy and a smile. But he took that extra step to educate me on my vehicle. Showed me how to look at my rotors/breaks to better determine when I need to get them checked/changed and understanding how to read a thread gauge. I'm not sure if I've ever had someone show me how (literally hands on) to better understand my vehicle. 1000% - 20/10 WOULD RECOMMEND DEREK & MONRO brake tire.

My daughter had a rattle noise from her exhaust and a single tire monitor sensor replaced. The fee was $1000 and when the car was returned the check engine light was now on. They said now it needs a new catalytic converter. This is a business that creates extra issues to increase business I would avoid using them for any service.
