Bought my first moncler jacket today from here. I bought a maya. I drove 3 hours each way, and the experience and treatment I received was exceptional. Customer service was 10/10.

Today I went in for an exchange because the coat I was originally gifted was too big we went in hoping to find a nice selection of different options hence there were not many options and the size you wear will vary tremendously I typically wear a 1 but in some styles that run big a 0 fitting styles around a 4 very hard to shop like this when all sizes vary the employees were ok the original person I was working with which was a black female didn’t seem to know much and didn’t seem to feel confident or want to help me? So I was passed on to one of the more experienced workers which I was able to find a different coat I liked in replacement but I didn’t really think she knew much about the coats themselves based off the questions I had things got chaotic when my phone was picked up by a worker and she accidentally put it in her purse? Too many orders getting mixed up and confusion at the counter checking out. Overall I was not pleased especially for the amount you pay for their products.

Such a great experience from the moment you enter the store. The staff are very friendly ( champagne or water while you shop!) and experts in fashion. I am a huge fan of Moncler. The jackets are incredibly warm, the style draws attention, and the brand lets people know that you don’t settle for second best.I always love my time spent there. Well worth the price!!

My husband bought me a sweater for Christmas, which I wanted to exchange for a particular coat. Jazeel tried hard to find it for me at other stores…to no avail. A month later he followed up by text and was able to get me the exact size and color I wanted. He really went the extra mile. I was so appreciative! Great customer service.
