“I went into the store to get immediate assistance for my broken phone that was crushed by a dumbbell and to avoid going back to the Fortune 500 store that initially sold me the phone. I began to discuss some of the issues that I experienced throughout the entire process of switching from Verizon to AT&T to the rep, Natalie, and she was very understanding. Although she was not the one that sold me on some BS plan story and switching story that the rep from the store did that was a complete fib and fantasy - she was however quick to aid, explain, and help me understand a lot about my plan, how to find a solution, and went right in solving what she could and doing her best to keep me as a customer. She was delightful to work with and is the only reason I decided to buy a new phone right then and there and stick out another 3 years with AT&T. Thank you Natalie. Your supervisor, Brad, and AT&T are lucky to have you on the team. I appreciate your willingness to navigate my frustrations and find a solution for my problem so quickly. You rock!”

“I was having problems with my modem, and my usual Metro Store was closed. My next door neighbor also needed something. The person working the counter was quite knowledgeable, and was able to provide myself and my neighbor deals on our modems. On the sales receipt it gives the name "Benignity". I will probably start doing all the business with my Metro account at this location.”
