Somerset Collection is a large, modern, and clean shopping mall that offers a wide variety of stores, including international brands and high-end designer shops. The mall spans three levels and features a pedestrian bridge connecting to another section across the road, making it easy to explore different areas. During the morning hours, visitors can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, making shopping enjoyable without feeling bored. The mall truly has something for everyone, with almost all the stores one might need. However, some experiences vary. Visitors have noted that designer stores like Diptyque and Jo Malone do not carry their full fragrance lines, which can be disappointing. For example, a trip across the bridge to these shops revealed limited selections. Similarly, a visit to Burberry was underwhelming because the store was mostly bare and lacked detailed knowledge from staff. The concierge desk’s location near the elevator on the lower level can cause backups, which might be problematic for families or those in a hurry. Customer service experiences also differ. Some customers encountered rude and dismissive staff at Macy’s, especially when trying to exchange shapewear. One customer was treated poorly by a staff member named Leslie, who was condescending and unhelpful. Fortunately, another associate named Faarah was professional, polite, and went out of her way to assist, even ordering the desired items online and making the customer feel valued. Nicole also provided excellent service by helping with a garment bag. Overall, Somerset Collection is a large, beautiful mall with a broad selection of stores, high-end shopping options, and a lively atmosphere, though service quality can vary depending on the staff.
