Upon entry to the store we were greeted with so much kindness. We had an excellent experience, found the light fixture we loved, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Ray was super kind and helpful. Honestly, what I appreciated the most about my shopping experience was how hands off the team was. Ray was around *if* I had any questions or wanted to talk through something, but I was able to walk through the showroom at my own pace and it was such a comfortable experience. Although I don’t have any huge projects at the moment, I look forward to purchasing from Ray again in the future.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was given a used fixture and they won't replace it with a new one. It was dirty, missing parts, and had scratches on it. They refuse to do anything to resolve the situation except give me parts off their display. Worst customer service ever.

We highly recommend this location for all your lighting and fan needs. Excellent customer service. Michelle D. was personable, knowledgeable, and was always on top of things regarding our order status. She quickly got an idea of our style and made some GREAT recommendations that we included in our order. Pete went over and above in customer service and with inquiries to manufacturers.
