Where do I begin... Keli and his crew are amazing. Fast, efficient, great communication and great quality work. Our basement has some small water damage, but his team came in and replaced carpeting, baseboards, paint so quickly and didn't have us waiting months like some companies do. Any restoration needs, don't go anywhere else!

I have used this company a couple of times due to flooding in my basement. I didn’t even know where to begin, once I talk to Steve, he walked me through what I had to do, but then he took over and handled the rest and made it such an easy process for me. They did a great job on the cleanup, and the customer service is great!

We had an unfortunate sewer back up and our home theater in our basement was destroyed. MGM did a phenomenal job with the restoration and was FAST. The guys that worked the job were on time every day and Keli, the project manager kept an open line of communication between myself and the adjuster. I will definitely use MGM for any future home renovations.

My basement flooded at the worst time of my life, my mom was at the end of her life. To say I was distraught and overwhelmed would be an understatement. I ran home real quick and found my entire 1,500 square foot, fully finished basement under water. My sump pump, back-up sump pump and flood sensor alarm all failed. MGM Restoration came highly recommend by a few people I know, so I contacted them. I initially spoke with Leo, who was absolutely wonderful and such a big help. He put me in contact with Keli, and within 20 minutes of speaking with him, Elvis was at my house to assess the damage. Elvis then had a crew at my house within an hour. I want to add that this was New Year’s Day. Tony and the rest of the crew worked extremely hard to remove the carpet, padding, molding, damaged drywall, furniture & belongings, clean up the water and to set up driers & dehumidifiers – all while being efficient, caring and respectful. Keli was an excellent Project Manager, and was very kind and caring. He explained the water mitigation and insurance process so that I understood, answered all of my questions, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and came by frequently to check on the basement and the drying process. Excellent customer service!

Had a tree fall on roof, leaving a hole and water damage. MGM was very professional and caring. Keli should be very proud of his guys. They knew what to do. They repaired with wood, shingled, drywall, painted and cleaned up. Could not be happier with their work. Great company, Highly recommend.

Keli and Tony did a great job with my relatively small basement leak. They still came out promptly, removed the section of the wall to find the leak and dry out the area, and it's now filled and the wall fixed. Excellent work!

The service we received from Keli and his crew when our basement flooded was top-notch. Literally words cannot express the professionalism, compassion and work ethic of this company. From the office staff that answered the telephone when we called, to Keli coming out and assessing the damage, to his team working tirelessly in our home for many hours. All I can say is that they were amazing and if you have the misfortune to have a flooding situation, you should call MGM.

Keli and team helped me in a situation where I was struggling for months dealing with non cooperating insurance that was not willing to cover the actual cost. Keli's detailed estimate helped close the issue with the insurance. His team worked with me to fix the insurance paid bathroom leak along with updates that I paid from my pocket. Recommend them for their service and price.

I am completely satisfied with this company from beginning to end. Elvis was the project manager who came out, measured and explained everything. Tony and another guy did the work to perfection. From the plaster, drywall, sanding and painting. They moved my furniture, covered things and treated my home like it was theirs. I'm glad I went with them. I highly recommend this company.

I did not use this company's services. I am reporting a traffic incident that could have become very dangerous; one of the vehicles with it's company website logo was driving erratically and deliberately cut me off while driving in Troy. I reported this to the 888 number.
