I was having problems with my modem, and my usual Metro Store was closed. My next door neighbor also needed something. The person working the counter was quite knowledgeable, and was able to provide myself and my neighbor deals on our modems. On the sales receipt it gives the name "Benignity". I will probably start doing all the business with my Metro account at this location.

The best service! I had called online customer service for problems with my phone, and they couldn’t help me even with being 1 hour on the phone with them. But as soon as I walked into the store, Justin was more than willing to help and solved the problem within 5 minutes! This is why I have been an avid customer for the last 8 years! Thank you Justin!

Excellent customer service! Justin went above and beyond to find me the right phone and plan. He was very patient and kind answering all my questions and concerns. He even stayed extra late to make sure I was taken care of and set up that day. I highly recommend Metro by T-Mobile at this location, especially if you get the privilege to deal with Justin like me!
