“Mark is the man. I walked in later in the day and he was so prompt with everything but not rushing me at all. I'm extremely happy with his personable approach and level of service I received. He did not have to go the extra mile, but he did and solved a huge issue for me. The other employees, although I didn't interact with them as much, were kind and the store was immaculate because they have pride in what they do there. “Greatest experience I have ever had at ANY retail store!! Immediately upon walking in the store we were greeted by two joyful employees Kristy and Daniela. Daniela helped both me and my fiancé find exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond grabbing any/every size, color and style that we were looking for. Daniela also took the time to make sure we got every deal we possibly could. During the check out process Kristy did her due diligence to make sure we understood the return policy as well as the point system. Every retail store needs more employees like Daniela and Kristy. “Shout to the short Indian/Arabic dude. I didn’t catch his name sadly. This guy went above and beyond finding me sizes and giving me alternative options to the shoes I was initially coming to buy. He got my sizes even though I was asking for many different sizes and he didn’t complain at all, he was always helpful patient and wanted me to walk out happy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE, honestly I would only come back to this store at this location for this dude otherwise I’ll shop online.Only part of the experience that was awful that made me want to not buy the white Air Force 1s and I was so close to leave them was because of the cashier. Just very rude, not helpful, no thank you or anything. That was a bummer.”
