“I was in desperate need of a 4 wheeled walker. no Binsons locations had any in stock. Called at least 10 other Durable Medical Supply company’s and none had in stock. Med Suppy had them, gave my insurance info with my Doctors. Order. Then we hit a snag. Med supply requested 2 times to get chart notes needed info, I called doctor again. Finally got word from Lana at med supply they got all information they needed and I could pick up or have delivered.I really wrote this review to praise Lana, who kept me in the loop and kept re requesting required chart notes. Management she is a gem, take good care of her. Pleasant as could be!”
“Our experience with Sun Medical was Great. The nursing home that our father went to submitted a request for a Sun Medical Bed & Wheelchair without submitting the request to Medicare, thus we were being charged monthly fees on our credit card. The Sun Medical Sales/Service rep Robert Leask was spectacularly helpful. Rob created the submission to Medicare on our behalf. We Later moved our father to a 2nd nursing home that already had an electric bed. Rob Leask was again very helpful by coordinating a pickup of the original bed during the Medicare approval process. Throughout our 2 month interaction, Rob's communication & updates were excellent. He provided same-day replies to my Emails & ALWAYS answers his phone.Rob Leask is the BEST sales/service rep that I have dealt with from any company, Sun Medical is lucky to have him.”

“At Care One Medical, I had a pleasant experience when picking up my CPAP machine. Todd Hobbs was very polite and professional, helping me out to pick the right mask and teaching me how to use the machine properly. When I had questions a few days later, I left a message and at the end of the day, Todd was able to get a hold of me and return my call and explain some things to me that were normal that I needed to know about. I thank you Todd for your help and I thank Care One for providing my new CPAP machine for the first time. I am already feeling some of the effects by having a little bit more energy than what I did before.
