“I went around 1pm, thinking I’d be waiting for at least an hour to be called back, because that’s always been my experience everywhere else. But not here. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was very kind and patient. I have stubborn veins that like to hide. She knew all the tricks and was patient, and got me on her first try. I’m used to getting poked several times before they get it. No one enjoys getting blood drawn, but for what it was, it was a great experience.”

“I really enjoyed the company of the friendly phlebotomist. She was sunny and nice to talk to. She also had to deal with a very agitated customer while I was there and she did great.
