A department store in the slowly dying Oakland Mall. I went there to buy a rug for my home. After being there for approximately 45 minutes without getting any help we decided to leave. I ended up going to Costco where I bought a beautiful rug for considerably less money than I was prepared to spend at Macy's.

The store has since become an outlet; however the service we recieved from the store manager was stellar.
