My favourite store to go to when im out. Big selection of makeup products, store is very clean. Employees are very helpful, fast and attentive. Nancy has helped me multiple times with finding products, and is a very good employee in general. A very good location as well.

Quality has gone down, prices increased.. and they no longer do the returns when you get a free lipstick, shadow, or blush... the woman told me that they still accept them but I won't get anything for it... why don't I just throw it in the garbage??? What's the WIFM of me driving it all the way back to you and I get nothing in return.. make it make sense!

Brendan G was the absolute best. They were very informative , and pleasant. I only came in for a travel sized mascara, but because I received such good service I left out with lip liner, blush, lipstick, and lip gloss! Vey good experience...Will shop here again :)

Okay 2 stars bc the first time I came here I was clearly having an episode and crying out for help and the lady let me take the 74 lip glosses from my micropurse to try to explain the exact shade I wanted, and she laid them out nice and neat on a tissue and listened to my dopamine deficiencies and lost inner child manifest themselves in a need for a very specific shade of lip gloss. She sold me like $124 worth of makeup I did not need and we do salute her.HOWEVER,I found out last week that the Back to MAC program was expiring after like decades on account of MAC is no longer concerned that their bigfoot carbon footprint is contributing to the depletion of the ozone layer thus ensuring irreversible climate change and the death and destruction of the entire globe. So I made it my beeswax to go turn in my last six all-plastic (BABY!!!) empties in exchange for one lipstick, lip gloss, or eye shadow, all eternally wrapped in plastic superfluously which is nature's favorite enduring element. Ok but like, who cares: LADY GAGA collab!! I drive to my absolute FAVORITE layer of hell: Somerset North. Oh, the joyless void of the parking structure. The magical scents of California Pizza Kitchen. Luckily MAC is pretty close so you don't have to douse yourself in commercial doom too much to get the thing you need. I roll up to the MAC store and there is an older lady helping the single other customer in the store and two young "hipster" babies who are really interesting and you can tell bc whatever they are saying to each other is way more important than me awkwardly standing there waiting for them to acknowledge my presence as earthling participating in capitalist transaction. I tell homey what I want and they ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ in the direction where I should look. I'm not super sure of anything in practice or philosophy and it was painful to not have assistance in my decision. Anyway I wasn't sure if they had the thing I wanted so I decided I would venture out and pain the shit out of Kylie Jenner's grandchildren to ask for their assistance. I tried asking them a question but then I remembered that I speak ATLien so they gave me a modicum of shade as they rung me up for what was in retrospect a terrible shade of lipstick but I digress.Thank you for my last free lipstick MAC your brand is over.

A worker at this location on 11/22 told my family member he looked like Osama Bin Laden. When she was told this was unacceptable and racist, she proceeded to say she didn't know what was wrong with saying that and she laughed. She repeated more than one occasion and laughed every time when she stated she didn't know what was wrong with saying that. I will never be returning to MAC and neither will anyone I know. This is absolutely unacceptable, racist/discriminatory, and disgusting.
