great shop, and very helpful staff. The manager was cool she was telling me about her trip to the lush in edinburgh scotland. she helped me sort thru what i wanted & grabbed me a bath bomb i got accidentally charged for.

Love this store. I usually shop at Twelve Oaks and this store is so much bigger in comparison. I feel they have 10x the amount of product including many non popular items as well. The staff always being friendly and amazing in addition.

AMAZING Experience at LUSH!!! Benzi was absolutely fabulous with my niece and made the experience so fun! All of the staff were so nice and it was a legitimately fun time shopping there :-) I would give 10 stars if I could!

I feel pretty confident in the assumption that Lush treats their employees well but I want to write this review to let them know to give the workers at this store a raise! Every Lush I’ve went into has been amazing but recently it’s been the somerset location so I’m basing this review off that! The people who work there are just always so nice and inclusive. I really feel so safe going in there, and that’s important to me as someone who gets overwhelmed easily when shopping, especially at a mall. They are always just so kind and helpful without being too pushy, and they don’t give me a funny look when I ask for so many samples.. lol

I had the best experience with Max yesterday.! I Came inwith some concerns about a breakout from a user error with another product.! She helped me so much recommend some great solutions and also tutorials.! She made me feel like family and I’m so appreciative of her.! Next time you stop in make sure you ask for Max she will go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you need.! Thanks again Max <3

Had a very good experience today (April 11, 2024) with my fiance. We were immediately greeted by Benzobe (employee with the cool hat) who asked if we needed help with anything and then periodically checked up on us throughout our shopping experience. As he noticed we were grabbing more items than our hands could hold, he brought us a basket. He noticed that some of our items had a little bit of spillage on the outside and wiped them down for us. Excellent customer service! He definitely deserves any raise/promotion/opportunities that may come his way!Also, at the end of our transaction, he let us have some cool Pokemon cards from his collection! Really cool guy.

Walked in just wanting to browse, ending up leaving with the most fun Lush visits ever.The workers were not super pushy with the sales which I appreciate and everyone was such a good time to be around. Benzee(?) really made this experience memorable with the random pokemon cards, fun conversation, and a little arm massage with demoing how the massage bars work.I would come back purely because the employees were fun to talk to:)

I literally come here just to see Bizzo Bee. His energy and knowledge of every single thing at Lush is so amazing, and so helpful. If you ever need help, the stylish gentleman with the cool hats is the best person to see! He makes every visit a fun, and personalized experience!

This was my first time inside the lush… as my daughter was the one to convince me to go inside and the experience was amazing! We were greeted right away by Abbey in a very pleasant manner.. she was also very patient with us, and knowledgeable with the products! I purchased products for myself and my children. Thank you so much to the lush staff for making our experience very pleasant!!! We will be back!
