So you give discounts to all health care workers but when a PA or Pharmacist tries to use it, you say they are not first responders!!!!! How disrespectful and ignorant of you, will never buy a thing from lulu lemon. Over priced junk from a terrible corporation

I was at the store earlier today with my 3 kids under 4! I was coming in with a Wonderfold wagon , very wide and it’s 4 seater. All what I wanted to do was a return because my kids wanted to go outside play. I stood on the other side not where in the lines and turn’s because I can’t fit my stroller in. I knew who’s infront of me and who is behind me. Karin , I believe was the name of the cashier already helping and the second was coming to help. She clearly saw me standing only .. I didn’t say anything yet until it gets my turn I was going to speak up “excuse me my turn “ and explain why I stood there.. however what happened was just unbelievable. She helped the customer infront of me and Karin had helped the customer supposedly after me. I couldn’t speak up to Karin because she was far down. As she was getting the customer infront of me done the second assistant I approached her saying excuse me it’s my turn. She stated I am not line ! And I said yes because my wagon doesn’t fit in there and honestly she was giving me attitude and then tells me I was giving him one. Karin then says to her just take her with calm attitude and not making it a big deal Howe she was going to check me out and I had it. I asked to speak to a manager and this one flips 360 degree. Walks toward the back and says come/let’s fight. And I was in shock like what she saying. I walk toward the back to see a manager another lady comes and tells me to leave or else I get security and I was telling her I wasn’t doing anything all I need is to do my return. Neither one helped and I had to leave because my kids were going crazy. I leave and I saw a security outside the mall I asked him to help turns out he couldn’t do much but so nice of him calmed me down and waited outside for me. Went in again , then finally the man MANAGER comes. Asking me what happened I repeated all that and then tells me she had said I told her I wanted to fight and I had put my hands on her. And that she didn’t see me and she wasn’t helping a client up the counter she walked by and I created all this. So first of all , she saw me ! Looked at me ! And if no then obviously she heard me from the corner ! I kept talking to my kids to sit down every one in line saw meeeee !!! Secondly, saying i put hands on her. Yes how could I do that ! When she is over the other side of the counter and I had my kids with me ! Would i really leave my kids and go fight ! ? Anyhow the manger was okay didn’t expect him to act this way. I kept asking him they need to apologize and he said I did instead of them. When I finally had begged him to just return my item I went back to the counter being helped by manager I said will she apologize? He said she’s in the back. And then I said what about this one ? And he got mad saying I need to stop saying this one and that one, remind you that I asked him for their names he refused to give and also didn’t even care or try to get me into a better mood. He kept just pushing for me to leave the store. And I will create this a case because I was harassed I was abused in a way I wasn’t comfortable to stay and shop and also to beg them to just do my return. I reached out to the customer service line the district manager and I will have the court be in contact with them. All these three employee will be dealt with thru their company and good luck getting hired into any other position. I was so anxious shaken when I left. I was supposed to get my kids to eat play Nd walk around but then all I wanted was peace and calm and safe. This will be never again for me to shop from and even if I go they will receive the rudest attitude from me. It’s either I shut this place down or all these rude employees gets fired or transferred. And I hope you are reading this comment from the two ladies and the manager.

I love the product I do all of my shopping online first time in the store and it will be my last time. The employees was so rude and disrespectful. I they walked 2 feet away and literally started talking bad about me when I brought it up to the manager the manager walked over and started talking bad about me to the employees. They are rude snotty Their employees get away with terrible behavior due to terrible management. It is a crying shame this big beautiful store in the art turning it into a zoom. Lululemon is a expensive store. They should have more respect for their customers. You cannot work at a retail store and gossip and make fun of the people who are spending hard work in money just because Lululemon needs to retrain their employees. I never felt so disrespected in my life

I came into this lulu store to buy a gift card for my friend. The young lady at the desk rang me up and signed me up for an email subscription WITHOUT verbally asking me if I would like to sign up for email notifications. She said the screen was going to ask me a question about our privacy policy which I assumed had to do with the gift card I was purchasing. She mentioned no such thing about signing me up for emails. I clicked agree and within minutes I received my first email. I understand I can unsubscribe if I wish, but I am not happy with the deception I received from your employee at your lululemon store. I assume the associates are incentivized to sign customers up for email notifications. I care more about the principle of the situation. Please ASK customers if they want to sign up for something, and if they say no then respect their wishes. Thank you!

Second pair of align pants that has shredded and stretched out. Tried to go through proper channels to report it and get some help. Weeks ago by they don't respond, and then when they do, ask for the same information again. They want the same pictures again, they want the same receipt in order information, all that was given. Now waiting yet again, I wouldn't buy from them. They don't stand behind their products.

This store has by far the most arrogant employees I’ve ever met in my life. They’re too busy on their phone or gossiping with other employees. Manager was a horrible person as well. Go to a different lulu or just shop online if you want this product.

I’ve been to this lululemon a lot and I always have a good experience but not yesterday whenever I go, and I always am happy and the employees are very kind and helpful but the other day I called about a pair of pants that one of them I did not like the color of it and they said I can get the color exchange but when I went in yesterday, they said there’s nothing wrong with the actual pant so we cannot take it back and there’s another parent that I have that I cannot fit through my legs and is way too tight on me. I cannot wear it so I told him I can’t wear this and they said well I’m sorry but we can’t do anything. Well, how am I supposed to wear the pants? I’m just losing money on that because of you guys going to a different. Lululemon if you’re trying to exchange your change out a pair.

So it’s not my first time shopping at lululemon, especially this location. Usually everyone are really nice and always ready to help but today when I went , this employee literally was so rude and started telling my daughter the rules of exchange an item. I wish I got her name. I don’t think she belongs to this company.

The quality is very very good no doubt... But I still feel the prices are just way over the top. 25% less would be very reasonable. Just my opinion!!!

Clothes are obviously great but staff sucks here. First time I had a return lady said we don’t take that form of payment I said I just was here yesterday and you guys took it? Later then my payment approved for my return. I was also just here yesterday for my first time returning a used pair of leggings that had pilling after 4 months and only being washed on delicate with other lulu items as well. I called asked if I was allowed to exchange and was told yes. I walked inside a lovely lady also helped me find the leggings I asked her if I could she also said yes. When going up to the desk the lady said we don’t promise anything but let me see and proceeds to look and say “well these are 2 years old” I said I just bought them couple months ago you can check and proceeds to say “I’m not assuming” … well you just did. Says since we said it over the phone I’ll honor it for you but was extremely rude and had an attitude. Seems like this store needs to work on your employees attitudes for better experiences.

I really liked it there until there are a few girls there who are bullies they think they know it all. I love lululemon spend most of my money and they bully you so hard and no one does anything about it not even the managers. I finally got a hold of GEC and they will take action. I have videos of girls talking about customers lying to them to their face. It’s bad

The check out process at this store is a complete joke. The lines are literally 20 plus people and they have four people at the registers that move slower than a first time student driver. While there are reps every where doing nothing but folding clothes and directing people to where things are. You would think if this store was this busy, you would have your reps with a tablet system for customers to pay to help ease the purchase process. For the asking price of this product, you should not have to wait 30 plus minutes to pay.

This location is a fairly spacious store with a great selection. The atmosphere is bright and airy, and all the staff did a wonderful job. From the moment we walked in, all the way through the checkout. Special thanks to Avery and Nastasia. Excellent customer service with a great attitude!

This store and lulu in general is now overrun with 13 year old girls. I miss the old Lulu. I now feel like I'm shopping at justice whenever I go here. Time to find a new brand.
