Wow! I just took my beloved cats to get groomed at Long Lake Animal Hospital and it was wonderful! Jordyn did an amazing job, and they are so happy with their grooms! The staff is all very curious and skilled, and the company is renovating the treatment area to make it even more open for the team!
I highly recommend

THEY ALWAYS TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF OUR PETS. THEY TREAT YOUR PETS LIKE FAMILY INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT THEM LIKE DOLLAR SIGNS. AND THEIR PRICES ARE MORE AFFORDABLE. THEY ALSO WORK WITH YOU & HELP GIVE YOU PAYMENT OPTIONS UNLIKE OTHER ANIMAL HOSPITALS. THEIR KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERTISE & KINDNESS ON STAFF SETS THEM APART FROM OTHER HOSPITAL CLINICS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL.

We called around 8:30 AM and they were able to squeeze us in right at 9:00 when they opened for my Golden’s ear infection. Dr williams was fast, and gentle with my Murphy. He was able to get out a lot of the gunk from his ear so I didn’t have to and Murphy left as if he didn’t feel a thing.if u are anything like me and have a non-emergency and want your pup to be seen quickly I recommend this place. Fast and friendly staff. Probably a bit higher than other places but worth the price and not the most expensive around either. I will be taking Murphy back for check ups.

Poorly run practice. Take your furry friends elsewhere.

Traumatized! Avoid this place! The lady doctor there, is the most insensitive and condescending person I've ever met. Let alone in the medical and service industry... I arrived to Long Lake Animal Hospital at 2:30pm with a gentleman at the front desk that didn't greet me, and stayed on the phone until my boyfriend stood closer to him, to which then he pointed at the sign in sheet... no greeting, nothing. Finallly 7 minutes later, while I'm crying / scared holding my dog- he FINISHES his phone call and takes us to a smaller room where we are fully trapped in the smell of pee. I can still smell it and made my entire trip super unpleasant. In comes the rude doctor ~ She will make sure to make you feel dumb and regret you asked the question in the first place. I asked her "what is the x-ray procedure like" .. with as much sarcasm with every SINGLE reply, "just what it would be for humans" I also asked "would antibiotics stress dogs out".. she again replies "are treats stressful??, just hide it in there" "Is it cruel to naturally let her live instead of giving medications?" She nods yes With a ridiculous smirk on her face, which by this moment I found it very hard to listen to her... " her lungs may fill with water and she'll drown?" I just wanted to know the side effects, what will actually happen to her on those medications. It was very sketchy and weird of how fast she was trying to sell me medication too. Talking about large pill bottles and refills without even thoroughly checking my dog... Also this hospital already has notorious reviews for malpractice so I wanted to do my due diligence and ask thoroughly --- and met with sarcasm. Really happy I listened to my gut and walked away, we will be taking my sweet girl to someone who cares!! UPDATE: My pup went to a new doctor that didn't smell horrid or have a rude condescending doctor -- The experience was day and night and my mom was met with so much compassion and care, a huge difference from this experience that I will NEVER forget and has honestly scared me away from the entire veterinary experience - Long Lake Animal Hospital, shame on you!!

The staff and Dr. Leone are amazing. Dr. Leone is straight forward, yet compassionate when answering my questions. He also allows me to call him. After a Friday procedure for my dog (dental), the staff gave me a card with an email address in case I had any questions or issues during the weekend! I've also had to call with some issues that followed a recent appointment and the receptionist took the time to speak to the doctor so they could address my problem over the phone. She was amazing and Dr. Leone provided a solution. I have true trust in this clinic. They have been fantastic with my dog whenever he needs any attention. I don't care about the looks or older appearance of the clinic. They care for my animal. They are professional. They are so helpful. My dog doesn't notice anything else :)

This Place is not the same, I been taking my pets here for 20 years. The old man Vet/Doc is gone and so is the love and reasonable prices. New Young vets showed No love/gentleness towards my dog ? that needed a tooth pulled very aggressive towards my 15lb porky. Prying opening his mouth with a popsicle stick, cause more damage and made my dogs teeth bleed. I actually took over and held my baby boy for his shots. Prices are 3-4 times higher. OverHeard inappropriate conversation from staff in the other room
