Excellent customer support that cared about getting the best rates very quickly. Was struggling to jump through hoops for the bank to allow the mortgage but lend a loan was able to quickly setup and close with requiring additional inspections and work to be done on the house before closing. Ricardo Vazquez was great to work with and was always able to quickly answer questions via email, call, or text. Would highly recommend.

Patricia was a huge help. I had a great experience with Lend a loan especially agent Patricia Karana.
Since the beginning of the process Patricia was extremely helpful answering all my questions promptly and made sure i had all the information needed, she sure made the process feel easy and quick. Rates and charges are very competitive after shopping around i really couldn’t find a better deal.
Overall experience is excellent i sure recommend to give them a chance if you are in the market for a mothage or refinance make sure to ask for Patricia!
