I was looking for a pair of recliners. We went into the Troy La-Z-Boy store and was greeted by Bill Ditty. Bill was VERY helpful and kind. We took our time looking for the right chair, and Bill was right there to answer all our questions with no pressure. Bill is certainly a very valuable & knowledgeable individual. After purchase I ended up wanting to upgrade my power chair to the temperpedic cushions. I went back to the store and talked with Sanoussy Cisse. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. He explained in detail the process of upgrading my chair.
My purchase at this store was. definitely a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this store and staff based on the outstanding service from Bill & Sanoussy. As the store manager I was so impressed with Sanoussy’s kindness & knowledge. Thank you Troy store for this wonderful no pressure experience. I’ll definitely be back!!!

We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy Troy! I SO appreciated the low pressure sales environment. Bill greeted us as we walked in but when we said we were just looking he totally respected it, and waited for us to approach him when we decided we actually did want to buy something that day. Bill was super patient with us, and made sure we understood everything before signing any papers. This experience made us feel very confident in our purchase :)

Excellent service! The store Manager, Sanoussy Cisse greeted me and showed me around the store answering any questions I had and actually seemed to be totally interested in what I wanted. He then referred me to his store Designer, Cindy Grudzindki for additional help.
She has been to the house, had me to the store several times and my project is still a work in progress. She is excellent with the details and goes way out of her way to make sure you are satisfied.
I’m not even doing a huge project but several smaller ones. She doesn’t care. She gives her full out attention and is enthusiastic to boot. Wonderful design ideas with options to let you choose what suits you best.
Couldn’t be happier with the Troy store in Michigan.

I have permanently left all other furniture stores for Tia, who worked very hard for me. Her patience and understanding that I have disabilities ensured she didn't show me anything that would hurt me. Most people just want the sale; Tia wanted me to be comfortable, happy and to keep me as a long term customer. She succeeded!

Great experience at the Troy location! Gregg, my Sales Associate and Cindy, Interior Designer were extremely helpful in guiding me with my furniture selection. My girlfriend & I went to the La-Z-Boy showroom in Troy looking for livingroom furniture. I told her I was just wanting to start looking to see what I might want. I was not intending to purchase anything!
My first visit was spent with Becky exploring exactly the type of sofa/chairs I wanted (2 hours). She helped me to decide on the specific loveseat, rocker/recliner, and fabric/leather. She informed me of the Labor Day Sale. I came back the next day, and Becky helped me to decide on a power lift chair. I also met the design consultant, Cindy, who scheduled an in-home complimentary design consultation. I was definitely sold on the idea of purchasing now!
After meeting with Cindy in my home, I returned to the store to view the 3D images/layouts of my livingroom with the furniture and fabric choices I had made. The 3D images provided me with the visual information I needed to make my final selections. She was invaluable in my fabric & rug decision making. Her questions and suggestions helped me make the final choices and decisions.
The store was offering a 30% off Labor Day Sale, free shipping/delivery, and 24 month financing with no interest! Being the consummate shopper, I finalized the purchase with all of these savings yesterday! I am a very happy gal!
Thank you so much, Becky & Cindy for all of your patience during my journey to obtain the furniture of my dreams!
