Misa is unprofessional and so rude. I called over the phone to ask for cost of dip nails with me already having filed, shaped, and cut cuticles on my own nails. They told me $30 so I booked. At the appt, I tell her to not cut any length off. She says okay then minutes later, grabs a nail clipper and cut my thumbs down. I had been growing my natural nails out for weeks to get them that length. Then I ask her to do French tip on my ring fingers. She does one finger it looks fine, then the other and it’s completely straight. I asked her to make it more curved and she says no it’s already done I can’t fix it. It looked terrible so I say if you can’t fix it then could you please cover it? She started arguing with me. This was only TWO nails to redo. Once it’s time to pay, she tells me $40. I ask why it’s $40 bc I was told $30 over the phone and she said “$10 is for the shaping, cuticles, and length.” I specifically did all of these beforehand to avoid the cost and possibility of her messing up my nails which she still did, then she charged me for services she didn’t do on top of being rude. I said “wow” gave her the $40 and left. I will never go back. You can’t treat your customers like that.

Been coming here since 2017. They’re like family and really take care of you. Even during Covid, they did their best to stay and keep everyone safe. I moved 8 months ago but I still drive 30 mins to get my nails done here.

Manicure and Pedicure are fairly priced. Nice ladies that work there but definitely not the cleanest place. I don't think any of the tools were even sanitized. Everything that was used did not come out of a package or didn't appear that it came from an area where it had been disinfected. Won't be returning unless greater sanitation measures are used. State health department should really look into this place.

I came in for a manicure on my lunch break and was disappointed by the state of the salon. It's dirty, with dust all over the floors, plexiglass partitions, and counters. Nail tools were not opened fresh, and there was an odor of urine, kind of like a nursing home. It wasn't great. The tech used power tools on my cuticles after I specified I didn't want them. Only $20 for a manicure but you get what you pay for. I won't be back.

I have been a happy and very satisfied customer for the past 2 years. Best nail spa and salon I've ever patronized. The service is excellent, all the nail techs especially mine Ms. Misa are super talented, professional and friendly including the owner, Catherine. I highly recommend them. Best service around. I love it here❤️Services: Acrylic nails

It’s been about 2 months since I got a mani/pedi at this salon, and I wouldn’t go back. The tools were not sanitized in any way, which is super dangerous. There are cases of people having to amputate fingers, legs, etc. as a result of some of the crazy infections you can get from nail salons (ask your dermatologist or Google it).On top of the lack of sanitation, my nails were so overbuffed that I have to wait for the ridges to grow out (this was a regular mani/pedi - not gel).Services: Pedicure

My visit was last year. Rainy day, very humid. Had a pedicure. Waited 1/2 hr to dry. They didn't dry enough and then smudged badly. Won't be back!!

Great place if you want very basic , to be told we can’t do that constantly and not even asked on a shape for your nails .Highly disappointed . I can still see the flaws and the filing is very uneven . I’d never give my business again. This reminds me of my teenage nails .Such a disappointment, can’t wait for them to grow out. Pray someone eles in the area has skill in dipping powder and artistry .Went from Chic to geek thanks :)Service: Dip powder

Second time going there. First time was good but the nail art was not done well.if you like trending nail art nails then this is not the place. They are good at normal simple ones. Second time i went there the next day the topcoat came off , went and they fixed that and the next day after fixing the top coat came off again.so frustrating. Good staff only for one lady who seems serious but only friendly to her usual customers.Services: Acrylic nails

I've tried most of the nail salons around Troy and I've been going here for years now because it's a great place to get your nails done. All the girls are friendly and reliable with clean tools. I've gotten dip, shellac, and regular polish services and they use good quality products and have a wide range of color options. Would definitely recommend!
