Update - 2024 - It's unfortunate that they closed this facility.
Awesome place for fitness and group training. Neatly maintained and I feel safe, they are following all health safety precautions related to pandemic.
Cleaning sprays are available for everyone and the instruments are marked to maintain social distance. They also have Shoes and Cloths collection box in the parking lot .

This is the worst LA fitness I have ever been to. They closed the one on Maple near Coolidge. Consequently I went to this one. What a dump! No towels (and my membership pays for towels) poorer quality machines. Many broken. Dirty and smell bad. Also did not have the equipment I used at the maple location.

LA Fitness finally has a decent club which was fairly clean and the machine's work, not TV's. Then they decide to close it instead of building their expensive replacement somewhere else in the area. The new LA Fitness clubs in the the area have less and less to offer.

Gym is in bad condition, the hot tub has been closed and not repaired for months, and a large section of the pool is constantly closed for a third-party children's swim class. Besides that, the sauna is always packed, and it's normal for nobody to be at the desk for extended periods of time. I'll be cancelling my membership shortly. I pay for amenities, but if they are not kept up or provided, I have no reason to continue paying for this gym.

The gym unfortunately falls short in several aspects. The staff's professionalism is lacking, cleanliness is a consistent issue with outdated and broken equipment, and hygiene concerns such as people using showers inappropriately and mold in changing rooms persist, making it an unsatisfactory experience overall.
