This Kroger isn't close to me but I tried it because I'm disappointed with closer ones. It's pretty good as Krogers go. - It has a well-arranged produce section with many tables. The produce looked uniformly good. - It has the usual bakery, deli, and fresh meals counters as well as a Murray's cheese shop (not found in every Kroger). It even had cheese samples out, which is very unusual. - There were more items in stock than at my local Krogers (yes!). - The often-irritating Kroger background music is blissfully toned down. I heard another shopper say that not all Krogers are this nice, which is true. While it can't escape the middlebrow nature driven by corporate (would that Wegmans would venture here...), it does well given that.

The more automated this store becomes the more miserable it is to shop here. The skeleton crew of employees left is rude and overworked. The checkout lanes are always unlit and closed. The system won't let you proceed over a 20 cents coupon without employee approval but there aren't any to be found. An absolute miserable experience and I need to find a new market.

Fred at pick up is the best! He's definitely customer oriented and is so thoughtful, he even keeps a little dog squeaker in his pocket for when the dogs come! My dog loves him

Management here is lacking; senior employees and managers should know the federal/state laws for service dogs. please don't question my dogs training and specifics for medical/health related need to seizures. He has attended my side for numerous trips to this Kroger and the other Krogers in the area

I am not sure why all the negative reviews for this Kroger. I have to say it is pretty outstanding with the selection and customer service. They always have an extensive selection of everything. The meat selection is always outstanding, as well as the deli meat Great location!

Kroger ruined a custom cake topper and my niece's first birthday. Thank you for ruining this special day. If you want cakes for your family's birthday, this is worst place to go.

Got here right when they opened. They were one of only three grocery stores open in the area at 6:00 am. I appreciated how staff members were in good spirits, despite the fact it was so early and still dark outside (and I was waiting at the door). Good selection, clean store, and helpful staff members. I especially appreciated the woman who was stationed at the self-checkout/door (a position where I've received subpar customer service at other grocery stores), who helped me set up a Kroger rewards card.

The employees are nice and helpful. Amanda is great. She always goes above and beyond helping. I have a family of 6 and shopping usually involves two carts. She always helps me get that second cart to the car.

I love this Kroger, it's my home location but the past 3 trips here I've literally abandoned my cart and walked out due to the foul stench of the meat department. I'm not sure if they're running the temps of their meat coolers too low but my last couple trips made me feel sick to my stomach from the smell. It literally smelled like rotting meat and made me gag. Coolers were full of meat too so it wasn't like their power went out and they were throwing things out. Beware if you plan on purchasing from them!

7 PM on Thursday night... They have two cashiers. 10 people in each line. I'm not waiting 35 minutes to check out. I walked out, went to Whole Foods around the corner. They have cashiers.

Always out of stock. Always smells like fish. Waste of time. The fruit is always moldy and staff isn't helpful

Good store and selection. They have a lot of the same items as the nearby hellth food store at lower prices. Bonus: the employees aren't aggressive jerks.

The cashier I had was obviously sick - he had to stop and take his mask off to blow his nose and proceed on with ringing up my groceries (he did sanitize that time), but he also itched his eyes without sanitizing and touched all my groceries. There was sweat coming down his forehead. He also did not say one word the whole time. The woman that went before me asked him multiple times if he was feeling okay and how he should go home if he's not feeling well. With Covid cases on the rise, this man should not have been working and touching everything. I had to go home and sanitize all of my groceries he touched. Not to mention, that same day, I had to stop an employee to ask where something was, and her response was, "I'm not sure, I haven't seen them in a while." Well, that was helpful...not. Also, every time I see an employee walking around, they're usually rude and on their cell phones talking while at work. I am definitely trying to branch out and go to other grocery stores from now on. They're also out of a lot of things at this Kroger. Not impressed!
