This Kroger is the most unorganized. Every time you go, bottle return is NEVER open. Literally doesn’t matter the time or the day. The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and the store is dirty. The parking lot is also the worst. I highly do not recommend this location.

Andrew, the Manager, is Awesome! He’s a great asset to Kroger and wherever he is! You can tell that he ‘sincerely’ cares about making ‘sure’ your shopping experience is a great one! Andrew is ‘Simply the Best’!

I like the variety of products! However, I Don't Like their idea of us Rounding up our bill to the nearest dollar to help feed the hungry! Don't get me wrong, I Love to help others when I can, but, their prices are Way too high for me to help their way!

If you want to be disappointed go to this Kroger. They are constantly out of stock, dirty, bottle returns are always closed and the customer service is even worse. Trash. Meijer is right down the street highly recommend.

This Kroger isn't close to me but I tried it because I'm disappointed with closer ones. It's pretty good as Krogers go. - It has a well-arranged produce section with many tables. The produce looked uniformly good. - It has the usual bakery, deli, and fresh meals counters as well as a Murray's cheese shop (not found in every Kroger). It even had cheese samples out, which is very unusual. - There were more items in stock than at my local Krogers (yes!). - The often-irritating Kroger background music is blissfully toned down. I heard another shopper say that not all Krogers are this nice, which is true. While it can't escape the middlebrow nature driven by corporate (would that Wegmans would venture here...), it does well given that.

It's okay, but I often can't get items because they seemingly don't restock very frequently.

I stopped by to check and see if they have any Hot Wheels here because the one close to me in Macomb Township has lots of varies of hot wheels. This kroger does have it, but it's not organized like the other location.

The more automated this store becomes the more miserable it is to shop here. The skeleton crew of employees left is rude and overworked. The checkout lanes are always unlit and closed. The system won't let you proceed over a 20 cents coupon without employee approval but there aren't any to be found. An absolute miserable experience and I need to find a new market.

One staple for me is Arizona Sweet Iced tea by the gallon. I don't know when this started, but they now put the 8 pound gallons on the bottom shelf, for which I (disabled) must get down on my hands and knees and find on a shelf that is nearly 3 feet deep. In addition, they put portable aisle blocking food containers in front of the tea. The State of Michigan allows me to park in a handicapped spot, but where are they for this insane situation?

Not customer friendly. Stopped in to grab a kombucha. Entrance closest to the kombucha is now an exit only, so had to walk to the opposite side of the store to enter, then return back to the other side of the store to grab one product. Upon checkout, the coupon printer (custom to your Kroger Member ID) appeared to be out of paper, as the machine printed a tiny sliver of a coupon for a product I regularly buy. I informed the cashier, “It looks like the coupon printer is out of paper.” To which she responded, “Nope. Jammed.” And threw the ink soiled coupon in the trash. This was the only verbal engagement I had with an employee during this shopping experience. Weird vibes all around.

Fred at pick up is the best! He's definitely customer oriented and is so thoughtful, he even keeps a little dog squeaker in his pocket for when the dogs come! My dog loves him
