I recently had the pleasure of purchasing flowers from the floral department at Kroger, and I must say, I was absolutely delighted with my experience. The selection of flowers was not only extensive but also breathtakingly beautiful.
The flowers I purchased added an instant touch of elegance and charm to my home. Their beauty and fragrance filled the room, creating a lovely and inviting atmosphere. It's amazing how a simple bouquet of flowers can brighten up any space.
What impressed me the most was the longevity of the flowers. Even days after bringing them home, they continued to bloom and flourish, maintaining their freshness and beauty. It's clear that Kroger's floral department sources high-quality flowers that are meant to last and bring joy for days to come.
The customer service at Kroger was also top-notch. The staff members in the floral department were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to assist me in selecting the perfect flowers for my needs and even offered some great tips on how to care for them. ?

This place is turning into a dump. I don’t understand why they are letting this store deteriorate so much. Most of the carts are broken or dirty, and that’s if you can actually find one. There are usually no carts near the entrance, they are all out in the parking lot or they are bunched up by the exit. They got rid of the meat counter as well. Whoever heard of a grocery store with no meat counter?

Don't order delivery from here. The shoppers decide what they want to pick from your order then mark the rest unavailable. Employees are rude. Go somewhere else. Shop local, these big corps could gaf about their customer service.

The older ladies in the back where they serve the food ,they are very nice when I encountered them. Lately every time I come to buy some chicken, I always encounter the white Caucasian young male with a nasty attitude face always frowned up.
I've been coming to this Kroger's for years
I'm sick and tired of the young guy attitude he never Smiles he always rude.
he needs to be retrained on customer service or get somebody else who's going to smile make somebody dsy.
day. when I look at his face it make me want to turn around and just leave out cuz he's so rude other than that I don't have a problem with the store it's just that young man in the back where they be cooking a chicken.

This Kroger is usually stocked with everything you need, even more than the other "Market" location down the street (as far as the basic things). However, every time I go there, it looks like a tornado hit the inside. They have trash everywhere, and there are never any carts or hand baskets (they will sit by the self-checkout all day). They will also berate you if you enter the store within 45 minutes of closing... not 5 minutes... 45 minutes.
