I like the fuel points but I'd rather pay $2.50 a bag for Doritoes than buy 6 bags to make the price per at $2.50. Who needs 6 bags???

Single worst Kroger on the planet. Meat and fish counter never open on time. They have no one to cut cheese. I asked one of the managers " why are you not putting the meat out and getting the counter ready for business" ? she walked away from me and didn't say a word. There is no such thing as customer service at this Kroger. If you come in to shop, you have to abide by there rules period. This store should be shut down and all the managers fired. The district manager should be fired also .

Terrible and disgusting. I just got a sealed brand new arugula package and there is A ladybug inside the package that’s moving inside there!!
They are assuming that their products are pre-washed and ready to eat. I’ve been consuming this product for years me and my family and now I Can tell these products are not washed. People BE AWARE

Went through self checkout. The Kroger self checkout technology assumes you're a thief.
I scanned my tattoo goo aftercare kit and put it in the bag. I then noticed that it had a security tag attached to it, so I took it out of the bag to bring it to the self-check attendant. The machine said "place all items in the bag" so I put it back. The machine said "help is on the way". The attendant came over, the machine made the attendant watch a video of my actions.
(Scanned item,put it in the bag, took item out of bag, put item back in the bag.)
The machine made the attendant watch the video review of the actions because I was flagged as suspicious activity.
I don't feel great about this. No one actually disabled the security device either so the alarm still went off.

I purchased sushi on a whim after having conversation with the chef who made it, I just left. He was busy filling counter or I would call to personally thank him it is absolutely delicious let that man work! I wish I had bought more. A+ Highly recommended. And sorry I didn't catch your name, uncle. Fuiyoh!!!

I went to the service deck to ask for help because there is a wrong charge on a sale item. He tell me he can’t do anything because he closing the desk at 8pm. I have to go back in next day. That’s not service. He should just close the store.

I placed an order TWO HOURS AGO with a 4p-5p pick up time. I notified through the app that I was “on the way”… I get there and check in… 6 minutes later, I receive a call that my order is being processed and it won’t be ready for about a half hour. My first questions: “what is the delay and why was I not notified when I said I was in route and would arrive in 10 minutes”… and now I have to sit here for a half hour and wait for an order I placed two hours ago??? “Micah” (who claimed to be the store manager) proceeds to tell me that they are backed up and I can leave and come back in a half hour.
I’ve been a customer at this location for about 10 years and this is by far the worst customer service I’ve received at this location.

Unfortunately, I called today and was told by the service representative that they weren't maids and couldn't help me! She couldn't take the time out her day to set aside 2 heavy items for my 80 year old husband to pickup. The online system wasn't working and apparently she didn't want to either.Guess they want us to go to Meijer!!

This krogers Customer Service is horrible to their customers. I called and someone accidentally sent me to the meat department. The person yelled at me. Because he didn't know how to put people on hold

I had a bad experience at Kroger with a lazy employee named ALEX, who wears glasses. He displayed a rude attitude, pushed me, and when the system froze, he claimed it wasn't his job. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused and became disrespectful, refusing to help. I want to report this behavior to Alex's boss. I won't be coming back here, and neither will my family or friends..

Absolutely horrible. Zero management. Extremely poor stock consistently. Carts all over the parking lot. No excuse for the utter lack of basic standards of customer service. They are in a great location and must do great revenue mainly due to their location. It is NOT due to their stock, staff, and most importantly, their management. Needs a complete overhaul. Kroger should be ashamed.
