This is one of the nicest stores I ever shopped at as far as customer service goes. I grocery shop for people for a living, and I did not feel stressed when asking the employees for help and they went above and beyond to help me. Special thanks to Doug.

Every single time I try to buy alcohol here I am given grief. I have been of legal drinking age for years and I have no interest in frequenting a business that makes my shopping experience more painful than it has to be.

The pharmacy gets a HUGE APlus. 5 stars.
The retail section however?
They get nothing.
Idk what it is about the cashier's but they are usually rude. Today she ripped my receipt. Intentionally kept denying my card( when she wasn't paying attention I actually got to swipe it and it almost worked but she saw it working and xd it out.
I called customer service and omfg same crap.
The sushi also needs help....
Wife bought me a veggie combo( bc none of the ones I enjoy)
And there is supposed to be 3 different kinds.
They are ALL the same damn roll. The worst ones. Like sushi that is 90% carrots? There is no joy

The shelves are hardly ever stocked. The produce is always so sad looking or moldy. I remember coming here as a kid with my mother and it was always so impressive. It's not that way anymore. Also, many of the employees do not dig working here and they often express it in front of the customers. Come on Kroger, get your shit together. With love, a friendly local

Short of employees, you may need to wait for a long line to check out if you don't use the self checkout, and the same for customer service.

I don't know the cashier's name but she is a short,stocky dark hair lady that was working on register #9 on December 13th @ 12:45 pm, anyway she needs a huge attitude adjustment! If you don't like your job, QUIT!!! Could not get her name her badge was turned away.

Last $38.54 I’ll ever spend at this store.
Worst “customer service” representative ever!
Went to self-service, scanned all my items, entered my alternate ID and the machine goes into “Need Help” mode.
After listening to the rep discuss her break and lunch times with another rep, and then finally walking over I asked “what did i did do wrong?”.
She stops, glazes at me with the look of death, and snarky replies “I don’t know, I just got here”.
Hey Kroger, if I’m checking myself out, and bagging my own groceries, I refuse to have someone else yell at me. I’m perfectly capable of doing that by myself!!!

Customer service here is horrible. I've worked customer service jobs at multiple points in my life. You don't talk down to costumers even if they are wrong or rude. Your job is to always be polite and use manners.

2:30 p.m. on a Tuesday one cashier open. Line is 12 people deep. I toss all the stuff I had in my cart and walked out. Hopefully it all expired here's a nice picture of some of their eggs!

It’s the time of year when we all look forward to candy apples. Well…we went to the store and saw candy apples sitting in the produce area. The first thing that we noticed is that there was no pricing on them. In the end, they were $1.50 and that was fair.
We put them in the refrigerator and the next day, took a couple of bites. You can see the brown, coming from the inside, seemingly towards the outside. This is not my first experience with this at Kroger and I’m not quite sure why this is happening to the produce.
