I encountered an issue with being contacted back to resolve an account problem, which made me feel like my concerns were not being addressed. However, upon my initial conversation with Jill, she had a resolution to the problem and promised to follow up with me within 24 hours with news, favorable or not favorable. Given past experiences, I did not anticipate being contacted back. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and I appreciate Jill not only following up with me within 24 hours but also addressing my concerns and making me feel valued while providing excellent customer service.

Our experience thus far with those at Kramer-Triad we have interacted with has been pretty good. Kudos to Alexandria Miller who works hard for us on an ongoing basis. Prior to her arrival, there was a fairly regular turnover of property managers. They were all reasonably good, but they didn’t seem to stay long. We are quite lucky to have Alex and hope she’ll hang in with us as she is a valuable partner!Update: Sadly, Alex moved on and things have gone downhill. I can no longer recommend K-T.

I still have not received my account number after sending more than 10 emails and dealt with multiple customer service reps, every customer service agent asked me to send certain document to setup my account even after I had sent that document multiple times. This is one of the worst HOA management company that I dealt with.

$275 charge to close an HOA account after sale of a home: This company is running a scam! Go look at the contract; once you do that, you should pull your neighborhood together and work together to FIRE Kramer-Triad!

The so called manager Ian doesn't call owners only emails with no named person.this management company does not allow the condo owners to have his cell phone number. The statement for our "special assessment " does not have stated what the money will be used for. The owners did not receive a detailed description of materials, what quality of materials, warranties, materials included in the estimated replacements of 4 x8' x 3/4 in plywood is allocated, nor the number of layers of underlay or the type and quality of roofing nails, where the metal flashing will be installed etc.We are entitled to this information as well as the name of the roofing contractors and their customer ratings.Not at all impressed with Kramer Triad and at the last condo meeting a few owners were talking about water in their condos and work orders ignored or not completed.

Working with Kramer-Triad has its ups and downs. I understand keeping everyone happy on properties is extremely difficult, but I must say their shining light is a property manager named Stephen Moss, who has been an absolute pleasure working with. Always responsive, well thought out and goes out of his way for you. So much appreciation, Thank you Stephen.
