My experience was more than satisfying shopping at Kohls recently. I hadn't been back at this location for quite a while but nonetheless I was able to shop and choose from several items I was searching for. I'm very satisfied with the items I found on sale and was glad to hear from the associate that more discounts would be given during checkout! She was very courteous and helpful during my visit. I will definitely be returning to shop at this location.

Having a really hard time understanding how I was told to come back on Monday morning for a copy of a receipt. Today is Saturday and this was at 3 pm. She actually wanted me to WRITE DOWN AND LEAVE my credit card number and come back days later, because they are too busy. I left completely perplexed on how this was even happening, I am in 2024 correct ? There is complete breakdown of customer service in this store.
