I avoid depth stores because they all turned into dumps. Not this one! Went to return an Amazon box. It's clean. It's orderly. Everything is in on shelves and hangers in logical order. The staff is super friendly. I was stunned! Whoever runs this store is doing a fantastic job! I will actually go and shop here.

While I''ve shopped in other local Troy MI Kohi's (all good), the Coolidge/Maple Kohl's has been my preference. Shopped there on Sunday 16 June to take advantage of the sale to get a new suit. Found it in 5 minutes and headed for the registers. These are now self-service, so I some apprehensions. Not a problem...there was a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson there, and she made it easy. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes, late on Sunday afternoon!

I had a great experience at the Kohl's store in Troy, Michigan. The store was clean including the restroom. I got some great deals on the items that I purchased. And Sally was very helpful. I would have given 5 STARS, but the sale prices were a little confusing.

The shoe dept in the Kohls on Coolidge is beautiful ! The lady that works there did a beautiful job straightening out the dept . It’s so nice to go into that dept and see how she’s organized it. It was very easy to
Find what I was looking for . I she hope everyone that uses that department considers her effort to make that dept as beautiful well put together and help
Her keeping it in such great shape . She needs a raise . Have some respect for her effort and put the shoes back

The Troy store on Coolidge Highway was a mess! The plus sizes were moved once again and downsized to almost nothing.

They consolidated the fitting rooms and there are only 3 rooms for men. Surprisingly long wait to try on clothes.

I was just in the store in Troy MI. At Oakland Square. Had to leave because they now have perfume sprayed that is so strong smell it through out the store. I am algeric to fragrance which I literally can stop breathing from inhaling to much of it. I can't even be around candles. So now because of the perfume I can no longer shop here.
