So I had a dry cleaning service done by this company as homewood suites in troy offers drop off service and requested 5 shirts to be dry cleaned not everything to be dry cleaned. I requested everything else to be wash and fold service. I came down to the front desk to notice all of my clothes dry cleaned and was taken to the cleaners with a $398 bill. So I will be disputing this charge with my credit as fraud and quality of service. Also hope to be refunded. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Very disappointed with the quality of work done by this cleaner. Our clothes came back smelling bad and the prices are way too high. We will never use their services again.

Greetings....thus far (8-2-2017) residing at an local 4 star hotel... King cleaners has YET to address washing when I've paid for and initially requesting dry cleaning of my clothes. 2 or many pieces of clothing being pre-shirk 501 jeans... which I Do NOT wash..... King cleaners - according to hotel has washed and is taking two(2) days to view/inspect/acknowledge damages. Stay tuned !!
