So I took my mom's wedding ring into this store and I needed some alterations including resizing (they had to add more gold to it) and then also redipped the ring in white gold since the ring was yellow gold, and they also fixed a couple of prongs holding the diamonds in place. They did an amazing job and looks like a brand new ring! Came in super fast too especially with it being a holiday weekend. Chris and Winnie did amazing and I am very satisfied with their service and the way my new wedding ring came out. I have a pair of earrings that I need to get a missing stone replaced so I will definitely be going back for all my jewelry stuff! They custom make jewelry also! :)

I put a 400 dollar deposit down for a ring I was going to buy , then I changed my mind and got a chain..he asked me for another 50 dollars i paid it and i got a chain ..I took that chain to zeidmans pawn shop and he offered me 60 dollars for that gold chain....I lost out on 400 dollars ..I would never go there. Or tell anyone else to go there..and I called him and he gave me a long speech about something I can't remember...Never go there. Never but jewelry out a mall..I wish I could give them no stars..a dam rip off

Terrible service, worker seemed prejudice. I was looking to replace a pendant purchased from them 2 months prior, every time the attendant walked away she took the other pendant I was looking at, as if I was going to steal it. Also they did not honor purchase agreement that was made in order to get me to buy more pieces. Any POC beware.

I priced all four jewelry stores in the mall per gram of gold. KC jewelry located in Oakland Mall- is best price per gram of Gold!!! Best Price$ 73.00 per gram of 10 karat gold. But you won't find better or cheaper prices!!!!! Pleasant & helpful Staff- been going there for years!!!!!

Got my kids ears pierced here. Unlike Claire's they carry surgical steel studs which are hypoallergenic. 25$ per child and the man who did their piercing did an excellent job. Very happy with the results
