By far the best day care around! The staff is amazing and the facility is like a 5 star doggy hotel. I would recommend to any of my family or friends to bring their dogs/cats here!

K9 Club and staff are fantastic. Willow has been in Puppy Play Daycare for about a month and we couldn’t be happier. The cameras are a great feature. They’re also very active on Facebook and posts pictures of the dogs on their story daily. Drip-off/pick-up is quick and super convenient. Plus being able to text them is also a huge plus!The only fault is their grooming services are à la carte so if you want a full service for a small dog it quickly becomes $150+. It would be super convenient to have this service completed while at Daycare but I can’t justify the price.My comments on the grooming service gas zero effect on my rating because this place is nothing less than 5 Stars!

K9 Club is the only place I would trust with my dog! It’s her home away from home. From the cleanliness to the structured environment in which they play (5-6 play times in behavior tested groups), I know when I drop her off that she is in the best hands. My dog also is a fence jumper, and knowing their outdoor area is walled as tall as their building gives me extra peace of mind knowing she is safe and secure while we are away. The staff is so friendly and truly loves dogs - I wouldn’t take her anywhere else!

K9 Club is wonderful! My dog gets so much love and attention here from the staff. I like that they have small play groups to prevent the dogs from getting overwhelmed, and my dog always come home happy and tired. I've tried a few daycare places around, and am so happy to have found K9 Club!

We have had our two dogs at K9 club for both day care and boarding for 4 years. Both dogs really enjoy going and the staff does an amazing job caring for them. We appreciate how well run the business is for all their services along with knowing that our dogs are in great hands when they visit. Thank you K9 Club!

Staff highly experienced with all facets of dogs. Staff is also interactive with the animals, and my dog wags her tail getting excited when we say K9. Facility is clean, and in 2 years my dog has never brough an illness, cough, or bugs home.K9 Club has earned my highest level of respect.

I have been taking my dog here since he was puppy. This is the best place to take your dog. I'm never worried about him a know he is great hands. My dog is always excited once we pull into the parking lot! The team here knows him very well and have been great with him. Thank you K9 club for everything you do!

I’ve been using K9 Club with my dog for several years now, both for day play as well as overnight stays. It’s excellent. The care and cleanliness of the facility is unmatched in my opinion. My dog loves it. I never worry about him when he’s there. The staff seem to care for our pets as if they were their own. Couldn’t be happier.

Never under any circumstances drop your dog off here.The decision to take my dog here cost me $5000+ dollars and 5 + months of legal issues.The k9 club and management allowed someone who did NOT own my dog; to take my name off the account (even though my credit card was on file being charged).Even worse…. When I attempted to pick up my dog; they called the police…. And sided with the individual …. Preventing me from taking the custody back of my dog Moose.6 months later without my little guy and $5000 later I was able to get him back.During the time apart he suffered pretty significant psychological damage from being left for long durations alone or in a kennel… and lord knows what else.The management/ownership IS NOT competent; is easily manipulated; and simply can put you at risk of never seeing your dog again.I highly suggest Camp Bow Wow in Troy. You get peace of mind with the franchise; that your dog is competent hands.Here’s a pic of my little guy; two years later.

Clean, friendly and responsive staff and my dog has a blast anytime he goes there for daycare. Have also done the overnight boarding with him as well and went smoothly.

I want to express my frustration with what happened at this place. I've been preparing everything for the last two weeks to bring my dog to K9. Today, the trainer refused to take him after just five minutes.I decided to bring my dog, a Pomeranian 9 lbs, to this day care because he has problems with being around other dogs and people. He's really scared of everyone. I made it very clear to the day care every time I talked to them. Even just ten minutes before we got there, my husband called to make sure everything was okay.But when we arrived, they tried to take him off the leash and pick him up, which understandably caused him to react defensively and try to bite. The staff just said that they couldn’t proceed and asked me to go home. The second person there did try once to calm him down with some chicken, but my dog was still too scared, and they gave up in less than 10 minutes.Now, I'm confused about why they have a four-page form and a program for socializing dogs if they don't have the patience or skills to make it work. I've not only spent my time and money, including vet visits but it was the most frustrating experience that I had in my life.
