The store manager Ashley customer service was awesome today. I went in to get boots for my daughter. She shared knowledge about choosing the right size and how to care for the shoe. She was very friendly and professional.

Jennifer, I do believe was her name, was so friendly and so helpful. There were quite a few customers and she was equally attentive to each one. She got me a new pair of shoes and was very knowledgeable about her products. She made my day.

Someday, love will find you Break those chains that bind you One night will remind you How we touched and went to shop at Journeys together - Steve Perry, lead singer of Journeys Pretty quiet location of this family shoe store with stuff for kids and a lot of stuff for teens and then a few things for adults as well. The problem is that I don't think they were really up for the customer service element, and nobody was really talking to me - but having said that I get that a lot.

So yesterday I had to return something to journey's shoe store. Jessica the manager was upset because it was an on line return. She stated I needed to support the store not on line. I started I'm disabled and it convenient for me, she went on to state I look fine and that I was in there to make the return...REALLY. I was pissed by now and started I have spinal stenosis myelopathy from someone texting and driving. Also I 50 years old retired and depend on pain meds. it has taken almost 3 weeks to return them. They LOST AN ONLINE and IN STORE customer. I'M DISABLED DON'T QUESTION THAT DUMMY.
