Sonya is just amazing!! It's been almost 5 years since i have not used anything else other than Jo Malone brand and each time i make my parfume selection under her guidance.She knows the brand and scents so well, that i always ended up having a great experince and leaving the store with a great choice for my skin and completely fit for my outfits.She is just extraordinary at teaching how to use them, how to blend to make the most out of each scent.What makes her great is that she pays so much attention to details and customers feedback that ends up making great recommendations, she cares so much about the customer experience.i absolutly love this brand and i would not purchase my parfumes from anywhere else without consulting her.

I made an instore purchase for $175 for my fiancé, the gift wrapping was doused in so much perfume, of a random scent, that my girl now is accusing me of cheating and my vehicle, it was transferred now has to be deorderized by professionals! All in all, probably not worth the cost!!

I am a first time customer and ordered a bottle of cologne for a gift. When ordereing online I was given the option of adding engraving for an extra fee. I ordered the engraving for the cap of the cologne and was very excited when it arrived. To my disappointment there was no engraving on the cap and after some time I noticed the engraving was on the bottle instead. I wasn't happy because you can't even see the engraving on the bottle. I called the company and the customer service was so rude and they gave me the runaround. First I was told they no longer offer the service for bottles under 100 ml and then I was told it was a special offered between Nov. 26-Dec 5th. I placed my oder on Dec. 3rd. They continued to tell me they will not replace it due to no longer offering the service. As of today, Dec 15th they are still offering engraving on the website for both size colognes. Although they credited me the fee for the engraving, I wanted to have a replacement sent with the engraving I orginally ordered. Having it on the glass bottle is pointless due to not even being able to see it. They continued to say there was nothing they could do and told me to send an email. I did and it has been 5 days and no answer back. I also was told a supervisor would call me back within an hour and I still have not heard from anyone. As a first time customer I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

LOVED LOVED LOVED our rep! The gentleman was great ! Helped my friends and myself during our visit to Michigan with perfume and body butter choices..so much that I may call and purchase solely from him for my next gift. 6/3/23

Dannie is absolutely fantastic! I came here on my birthday and he truly went above and beyond to make my shopping experience so much fun. He was informative of everything Jo Malone, and I appreciate him taking the time to show me almost every cologne in the store until I found the perfect one. He engraved the bottle and the cap for me, as well as the one I picked out for my sister-in-law. I will definitely be back :)

We stopped in on 1/22/22, Saturday evening, and the ladies who serviced us were amazing. They took the time to show us a multitude of different scents. I loved the Earl Grey Cucumber and will be back for it. We did purchase Cypress Grapevine and we are so happy. If you want something unique this the store!We had a lot of fun!

I have been a customer of Jo Malone since they opened the store at Somerset Mall. However, the lady that currently works there, Sonia Mukhtar, is very rude and doesn’t do her job right. I BOUGHT 10 candles from her and I told her I needed them packaged nicely because they were gifts. But because she was so busy with many other customers I told her I would return the next day to pick up my PREPAID packaged candles. When I went back the next day she had not even wrapped them, she put 5 candles poorly stacked together in one bag and 5 in another bag without any gift wrapping on them. I told her I specifically asked for gift packaging and she began telling me that “they didn’t have bags, and they didn’t have bows, or boxes”. This was a lie because as I was picking mine up, other people were ordering and their candles were being packaged nicely with bows and boxes. Then, Sonia instead of packaging them like I asked, said the only thing she could do was cancel the order. She took more than 1 hour canceling the whole order because she was canceling one by one of my candles. I am completely disappointed with this customer service and the fact that she wasted my time canceling the order instead of wrapping them. She also mentioned that “she only wraps for customers that spend more than $100” when I spent more than $700 worth of candles. I have a cancellation number if needed and receipts.I have been having issues with her since November. In November, during my birthday, I told her I was not receiving any birthday emails or any email in general. I asked her if she could please fix my email on the system, because it was incorrect, and she told me she was going to correct it. She never fixed my email and I still have not received anything.
