In all honesty giving them a star at all is at best, generous. I’ve never had more horrendous customer service than I did at this location, Laura, the manager lacks respect, patience and any type of kindness. An empty store for a reason.

Went yesterday to shop for my daughter a weekend outfit but the store decided to close early. The doors were locked at 6:45pm with no sign. I went into another store and came back at 7:15pm and the lights were off. I traveled an hour to shop at this store so it was disappointing to say the least. From previous reviews this seems to be a trend, and its bad for business. Will not be shopping here again

I called to get an item checked to see if it was available in store so that I could come pick it up. The lady told me she was too busy to check. I have never had someone be so rude! Very disappointing seeming as though I spend so much Money In this store for my children. By far the worst store and customer service ever!

The mall this store is in is gorgeous and everybody is so kind and helpful. Unfortunately this store is a major exception. The lady working the desk was very inhospitable and was blatantly rude and mean to me and my young kids. Laura, I hope you are reading this and I hope whomever supervises you knows what needs to be don’t o preserve the reputation of the brand. You are single handedly tarnishing the reputation of a multimillion dollar brand. Be proud of yourself!

Woah the worker was not happy today. Haven’t seen people this rude for many years… if you are that sick or your job, get a different one. Also, the store price is not the same as online price, who does that nowadays….

Laura B. was blatantly rude when I was returning a few items. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this store and just order online. I do NOT recommend this store.

The “manager” there was extra rude.. I hated the experience and just wanted to leave the store.. very disappointed. I love Jeanie and jacks clothes, will buy online from now on.

When i walked in, there were no employees so i continued to have a look around and a worker came from out of the back and i spoke first saying, “hi, how are you?” we are the only ones in the store but she proceeded to ignore me and said nothing back. Then i continue to look around and she walks right past me and still ignores me. I was going to get something for my nephews but after that rude experience i won’t be spending my money here.

My husband went in to purchase a dress for my daughter. The two ladies working were less than helpful. When he would ask for help finding an item the one lady would wave him to the general vicinity to go search and she was not interested in helping. The other lady was too busy texting and she wouldn’t look up to answer my husband when he was trying to get her help. He was looking for tights to match the dress. My husband ended up purchasing a dress with tights and a bow. It was for my daughters birthday. My daughter ended up not liking the dress which isn’t a big deal so I came back to the store to make the return. I arrived at the mall on a weekday and was at the store at 6:30 to find the doors closed and locked. There was no sign or anything. I called the store and the message said ‘sorry we are busy helping other customers’…. Which wasn’t the case. I left to run my other errands and assumed the store employee went to the bathroom. I returned around 7-7:15 and this time the lights were turned off and the door was still locked and there was still no sign or anything on the door. Our experience with this specific location has been terrible at best. My whole purpose was to return the dress and I wasn’t successful. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing anything else from Janie and jack again. It is a shame because the clothing are beautiful but I can’t justify paying a premium for such a terrible experience and disregard to the customer.
