I started seeing Gina about 6-7 years ago and I have never let another person touch my nails since! Gina is so passionate about her work and it shows through her talent for beautiful nails! I get complimented constantly and never worry about my nails chipping or peeling! I would (and have!) HIGHLY recommend Gina

Discovered Gina after I left my previous stylist after over 35 years, so I am not big on change. Now, I wish I had moved years earlier. Gina was very patient with me, I was nervous over color since only my previous stylist had ever touched my color and I was very happy with that aspect of my hair. Gina brought layers to my one length hair and it was great. She is a great stylist and happy to make suggestions if you want them, but she never pushes an agenda. I love working with her. Great cuts and color. In addition, she also convinced me to treat myself to getting my nails done. My nails were bad. They are short, and chip and crack easily. Gina does the best manicure and the polish lasts for weeks. My nails have usually grown out, yet there is no chipping. Gina has also gone above and beyond in helping provide services for my husband as well. She is definitely one of the best.

Impeccable service and inviting atmosphere. Gina always spends an excellent amount of time and effort on my hair cuts. Fully recommend to any and everyone I come across that ask me where I get my hair done.

I live in chicago and came here during thanksgiving. Hands down the best nails I have ever gotten done!! I literally need to plan every trip back to Detroit around my nails! Love Gina. She is soooo detailed and does a perfect job every time!!

Gina is AMAZING, she is always so patient and gentle. I have been to Gina twice and she tries her best to be flexible and understanding of what my job requires, so if that means adding another top coat or soaking those cuticles a little longer she’s already on it without me asking! My nails have lasted over 4 weeks without any chips! 5/5

Gina is incredible. I have never had a nail appointment go as quick and efficient as I have with her. A pedicure and shellac manicure in under an hour AND it lasts over a month without a single chip. WOW. She is very sweet and patient, book an appointment as soon as possible!

love this place! nail tech is amazing stylist are awesome. the owner even did my hair and personally fit me in so that i would look amazing for a xmas party. Great relaxing place!

Gina, cannot do nails. Awful job. Soaked the polish off as soon as I was home. Haircut by Gina, terrible. Used her scissors like a razor. They knew going in, I had thick hair, wanted weight removed. This was the worst chopping a person could experience. I will go back to Birmingham where prices are affordable and standards are higher in all the salons. My hairdresser of many years moved to FL and I have been searching. $165.00 for a color I was told contained no peroxide. Lie, it burnt my scalp and was not rinsed properly. Total bill nearly $300. The color sucks.

Gina was wonderful. I came in with a terrible haircut that I didn’t think was going to be salvaged and she made my hair look amazing. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions then proceeded to work a miracle! I highly recommend Janelle’s!

Gina was fantastic; fast and efficient and super sweet. Gina cleaned up a bob someone had given me back in January; she put in layers resulting in more body than I've seen my hair have in ages! I'd definitely recommend this salon!

Gina is the best! She’s been doing my nails for years and now she does my hair too. It’s so nice to have her take care of hair and nails in one place at one appointment. She’s great with hair color and her shellac manicures last longer than any others I’ve ever had. She’s always a delight to talk to!
