Someone stole my shoes that were ordered for store pick up. No one was accountable for what happened or even offered to facilitate getting my money back. I had to call customer service & take care of it myself. Not impressed with this store.

Such great service. Our sales rep knew sizes just by looking at us and pulled the perfect sizes. Gave us sales prices. The clothes are super high quality and will last a long time.

I took a $45 under ride especially to jcrew. I went in and found something I liked, told them I’d be back. Had dinner came back at 7:15 and they were closing. The lady working was very nice but the males were not. Stared at me through the door with people still in the store and said closed.

Customer service was AWFUL! I came in to do a return and when the clerk ( one of the managers) rung me said my return was for a purchase from end of November and she could not refund me. I explained we had been sick during December and didn't want to step foot in a mall and if Jcrew could be sympathetic to our current world situation . She was rude and not helpful. I proceeded to tell her that Anthropologie honored my birthday discount from a few months back because they understand peoples health situations . She then said well I can give you store credit but you need to shop RIGHT NOW to use it! I have been a loyal customer and bought ALOT at this store . NO MORE! Good-bye thanks for caring Jcrew Somerset!!!

We recently took my son here for his birthday to get him a new suit. We booked a personal shopping appointment over the phone and everything was great. Stephanie was so much fun to work with and made sure we had everything we wanted.

PHILLIP at this store is HORRIBLE!I was just at this store and was helped by the delightful Sharon. She was perfect in every way and very professional and helpful. Sharon helped me place an online order for some items not available in the store. I realized I needed to add something to the order when I got home. I called the store and asked to speak to Sharon. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told she was with a customer. PHILLIP told me to call back in about 30 minutes. I asked if she could call me back or if he could help mess I did not have to wait on hold again. He told me that he could take my phone phone number if I wanted him too but when I asked if he would just help me he said no. I asked if I should call the 800 number and he said yes. PHILLIP was as unhelpful as anyone could be.
