IMPRO does a great job. My parents were with this group since the fifty’s. I will always stay with them. Since the 50’s, I think my parents had only one claim. A shed blew over in the 70’s. I’ve had none, so far.They follow up on everything.Great outfit.Gerald munro

I have been an InPro customer for nearly 20 years now, and I have always found them very helpful and responsive. I have held auto and homeowners policies with them, and they stuck with us--even through teenage drivers.

I can address as the owner, Dave Goodman, as a landlord first. I could not be more disappointed with his follow through and integrity as a landlord. He overcharged and was dishonest with the build-out allowance. Repairs did not get done. There was no communication with some maintenance issues. Everything was a struggle with him. When we left he falsely kept the security deposit, with charges, "burnt out lightbulb in front room $50." I have never heard of a light bulb costing $50. That was just one of a long list of bogus items.As an insurance agent, we tried him basically due to him being our landlord. However, he was more expensive from every other quote. He also dropped us (no claims ever) with basically no warning.

I have been working with InPro for 4 years. Our yearly renewals are timely and thorough. We are in contact with our agent throughout the year with miscellaneous things but I always look forward to seeing her. We are so grateful for the InPro team taking the time and resources to provide our company with the best service and product year after year.

I have done a lot of work with InPro and these guys have been amazing throughout the years. They honestly, care about the client. The take the time to get to know you so they can get the best policy for you, your employees, or whoever. I can not thank Kory enough for all he has done for us!

Recently had my kids car totaled when my daughter ran into a deer (Aviator with 170,000 miles). The experience with InPro and Citizens Insurance was great. Everything was processed smoothly without delay. When something goes wrong and you need your insurance company InPro will be there!
