We don’t use home-staging very much; but due to a shift in the markets, we decided to stage one of our flips in Michigan, and we were wowed with their design.I initially called on a Sunday afternoon, which most people take off and don’t answer their phone, but Joan answered the call, explained how their process works, gave brief estimates, and even put us on the schedule for an inspection within 24-48hrs.We didn’t even have our countertops, floors, or bathrooms completed by the time they came out to inspect, but IHSE’s team were still able to get the job done.The furniture they delivered and installed is modern, in good condition, and of great quality.Joan was very professional throughout the entire process.I haven’t met Darla personally, but I am impressed with the way her business operates.Big thanks and appreciation to Impact Home Staging Experts. A client of mine recently hired Impact Home Staging and they did an absolutely amazing job as part of the effort to prepare the home for sale! The staff are very professional and on my initial call provided an overview of what to expect from the staging, then scheduled an appointment at the home with my client and me to evaluate the options and pricing, and quickly provided a quote for him to electronically sign to get the job started. Their pricing is excellent, billing was easy, and I can’t say enough about their sense of style and how fantastic the home looked after they staged the property! There was really no comparison with how good the interior looked, and how well the property showed, compared to other homes for sale in the area at the time. My client received an offer over List Price and I don’t think that would have happened without Impacts’ expertise. So, if you really want to make an impact on your next project or home sale, I would highly recommend Impact Home Staging. I know I’m looking forward to working Impact Home Staging on my next Listing!
