Before finalizing any trip, I do a quick check on a few sites, including HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm My last trip was surprisingly affordable after that bit of research. Maggie was super professional, and despite it being 4 a.m she made me feel comfortable even when the guests were "hard to deal with". Not once did she step out of character or loose her cool. Furthermore, even though I'm 1200 miles from home, Maggie made my visit feel welcomed and genuine.This woman goes above and beyond for guests!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling this way. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ? ? ?

Room was barely clean. Tub would back up during a quick shower. Trim on floor and walls was broken. Hotel needs a definite upgrade. Breakfast was typical free nothing spectacular about it.Not the Hilton quality I’m used to.

Need updated. Iron leaked all over my clothes. There was definitely someone smoking cigarettes in their room. You could smell in our hallway even with the extreme air freshening system that is in place.

Awful hotel. Filthy hallways, elevator and rooms. Needs complete update. Must not have the staff to do cleaning since trash in hallways stayed there multiple days. Many strange smells they are trying to cover up with deodorizers. Asked for housekeeping, was gone the whole day and housekeeping showed up at 5:15.

I typically stay in the Home2 suite - which have terribly bland breakfast but this was a Fantastic breakfast.

As others said, it's very outdated. The TV stations are VERY limited and of the ones you are supposed to get, only about half of the channels work.Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool is available for those that are interested.The beds are really uncomfortable and the pillows, well, they are bad.Probably would not come stay again.Rooms: A tad disappointed with the rooms.

It's the worst hotel in my life.Water is often water-free for a long time and takes money, not a tip. My personal stuff also disappeared after cleaning. Cleanliness is also the worst. The black woman in Cauter is like a witch. be the worst of the

Arrived at 10PM. First key would not open the door. Upon finally gaining access to the room, noticed the floors were dirty. Rooms are extremely outdated. Wall paper is peeling from the walls. The bedding on one bed had not been changed. I also noticed the hanging smoke detector. The lobby is very nice and updated and staff generally friendly. Wouldn't stay here again.

Location and service is good but needs a major renovation. It seems the lobby was renovated but not the rooms. The carpet was old, wallpaper was peeling, tiles in bathroom needed cleaning. Our bathtub drain was slow and made the bathtub slippery. There were oil stains on the furniture and drapes as well as kitchen cabinet. We could feel the springs on the mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable even after we got some more. We got several rooms and we all had trouble sleeping.Although we appreciated having the kitchen our experience would’ve been much better if a major renovation was done.

Clean, spacious, inexpensive place for travel or to get away from your family without going far. The breakfast is free and actually not bad, thought they'd hsve bacon and didn't but I lived. It is not too far from restaurants, a Walmart and Dollar Tree are next door to grab a few things and tuck away for the weekend. Staff was very nice, very helpful.

Maggie on the night shift is super professional even when she's dealing with a "nightmare" guest. I've witnessed her professionalism first hand. The place is starting to show its age. I think the bathroom floors could have been cleaner around the edges and my room had a mild urine smell. I also really think that a person that stays at Hilton properties as much as I do should get a couple of complimentary waters each day. Way too many of these places are charging for waters after the first day.

Nice reception area and that’s about it. This place is a dust trap. If you have asthma or a breathing condition sleep in your car.Rooms: Outdated and dusty.
