The hotel is new (or newly remodeled). The lobby/bar area is very nice. The food is decent. The room was very spacious. The front desk clerk was amazing and provided great customer service.

This is the second time we've had a problem at check-in. Key didn't work on the first room so they gave us a different room. Lights didn't work. Incomplete towel set and coffee setup. Not sure the room was really cleaned.
